So, if the perpetrators are masked, and in unmarked cars with no identification, can you shoot them claiming you were being kidnapped?

You'll notice this isn't happening in Florida much. They would be shot upon approach

I didn't think that's entirely accurate. I'd say we're just not seeing the reports of it in FL due to the GOP's heavy political pressure in most areas of the state.
