7 months 40 LBS

SW:198 CW:156 GW:140 height: 5’6 At first I lost no weight, it’s only been the last few months I’ve started dropping alot! I’m so glad I went on sema, my biggest regret is not starting sooner! These jeans were skin tight in august now they’re loose and falling 😭🤣 so close to my goal weight, taking it slow and steady!

What does 40 units translate into (0.25 or 0.5 or 1 mg? )

She says 40 units = 2.5mg

This is inspiring! I started in November at 208 and have lost 20 pounds. I am 5’6” and want to be 150. My weight has stalled so hopefully I can get there. Congratulations!

Thats so sweet thank you! That’s so great!! You’re losing faster than I did! You got this, you’ll get there in no time! The stalls suck but it will soon pass trust me :)

Don’t get discouraged at first I’d say for me personally it takes 8 weeks for it to “kick in”

Ooo someone with my stats :) any loose skin? That’s my fear.

Not so far! I’ve always been insecure about my arms, but I’m not sure if it’s extra skin or just fat lol

What dose did you start dropping?

1

u/Stoneybearwitch11 1d ago

2.5MG 40 units is where I started noticing the most

2

u/Effective-Neck2017 1d ago

Ohhhh did you have any side effects?

2

u/Stoneybearwitch11 1d ago

Not anything bad, occasional acid reflux (which I lowkey struggled with before) and tiredness

1

u/Effective-Neck2017 1d ago

Are you still taking it?

What was your routine

I honestly worked out a little in the beginning, like walking a lot but when it was winter I basically stopped lol. I’m picking back up now trying to get 10K steps a day. As far as eating, I’ve been eating intuitively and incorporating more protein into my diet. Never calorie counted as it puts me into a spiral.

So even when you wasn’t getting your steps in or working out and just eating whatever did you feel like the shots were still working with weight loss

u/Stoneybearwitch11 1d ago

It definitely helped with appetite suppressing. I also do intermittent fasting just because I don’t like breakfast. so I usually stop eating around 8PM and start eating at like 2PM everyday but that’s what works for my body

Question!! I just started my journey and I am not losing any. We have the same starting weight. When have you started to see the weight loss ?

3

u/Stoneybearwitch11 1d ago

I almost gave up 3 months in because I had zero weight loss. I think on month 4 I started to see real weight loss and that’s when I was on 40 units

3

u/seahorse_seeker 23h ago

40 units doesn’t tell us anything about your dosage when we don’t know mg/ml amounts. It would be more helpful if you would say how many mg you’re taking and at how many mg you were at when you started seeing movement in weight. BTW, you look great! Congratulations, your hard work is paying off

When you’re looking good in jeans that’s when you’ve achieved what you’ve been trying to do. Well done 👍
