SW:198 CW:156 GW:140 height: 5’6 At first I lost no weight, it’s only been the last few months I’ve started dropping alot! I’m so glad I went on sema, my biggest regret is not starting sooner! These jeans were skin tight in august now they’re loose and falling 😭🤣 so close to my goal weight, taking it slow and steady!

This is inspiring! I started in November at 208 and have lost 20 pounds. I am 5’6” and want to be 150. My weight has stalled so hopefully I can get there. Congratulations!

Thats so sweet thank you! That’s so great!! You’re losing faster than I did! You got this, you’ll get there in no time! The stalls suck but it will soon pass trust me :)
