Jango Fett was a human from Concord Dawn. So, they're human. Jango was a Mandalorian, but that's not a race/species.

If we categorize it as that I would say the clones are not Mandalorian because they did not come from Mandalore nor were they raised with Mandalorian culture. 8 u/jerem200 2d ago So either way, they're not Mandalorian.
