How do we convince Alexi to give us all of the deleted scenes?
Give ALL of them to us. please. šš»
I donāt care what it is. It could be the characters watching paint dry.
I want to see them.
But most specifically, the scene where Wesley and Angela eloped. I feel extremely cheated that we didnāt get that scene.

The first few that pop into my head:
-Tim with his dad. āThe Tim tests, they dont make me like himā
-Nyla when she canāt find her baby for a brief moment. If youāve ever lost your kid, even for a second, you know the feeling and she captured the immediate feeling of chaos perfectly.
-Lucy in the barrel and right after Tim gives her CPR
-Iāve never seen someone as angry as John Nolan than when Rodge was singing to him at the bar. Bailey had her life threatened by Rosalind and he didnāt even look that mad at her.

Pete and Chastity won most chaotic by alot. So which ship should've been endgame?

Had to keep the title vague to avoid spoilers but good god can they please let the Monica plot cow die.
They have milked it beyond dry. There is no reason for her to still exist in the plot, she was annoying in s5, REALLY annoying in s6 and god I hope she has no big part in s7.
Yes it was interesting at first and intense and yes she sucks and if she is pissing me off then her character is being done right but there is never a need to bring back a āvillainā for 3 seasons.
This reminds me of when they brought Elijah back for a while, same boat as Monica.
Im still just on the episode where she gets revealed on the phone with the fake pregnant lady and I am HOPING for whatever is left of the season to not include her, atleast majorly
Thanks for listening lol

When Nolan was talking to the Sergeant he turned off his bodycam. He then turned it back on right after, bodycams roll back 2 minutes, so wouldn't that conversation be available to supervisors?

No wonder the spin off with her failed. She's just too much to watch

I recently remembered that Oscar also broke out of jail with Jason but I don't remember if they ever caught him or even talked about him this season.

In a way, Monica is becoming like her character Rose 'aka Sin Rostro' from Jane the Virgin, and I hate it.
They took it too far in that show, her being untouchable and involved in everything got boring and it feels like the same thing is happening here

Only a few hours and the new episode will air. Want to hear your theory what we are going to become?
Who could be responsible for the billboards? One of the returning characters (e.g. Monica or Seth)?
Can we suspect a talk between Tim and Lucy which explains and leads to their movement on April fools day?
I think we will get more Celina by work and with insides into her new relationship. Is it a relationship with potential? Or will it be a short liaison?
We also will see Nolan's and Bailey's issues by adopting a baby because of their dangerous jobs. What do you think? Will they rethink their desire to have a child? Or will they rethink their work options? I cant imagine they want to give up their actual job. But who knows? Everthing is possible...
Hope to watch an episode with less plotlines at the same time and consistant writing. Wish you all an enjoyable show tonight!

how would they even classify that?
do they take his childhood toys?
what about action figures?

I obsessively watched the show for about 4 weeks and enjoyed every second. The show felt the same and never tired out like most other shows that are 7 seasons long. Despite the fact the show depicts LA as a constant dangerous war zone.
I enjoy Nolan's character. Watching him become the Officer he is. I was disappointed after his arc with Armstrong. But it put his character on an interesting path.
The Armstrong arc was unexpected but I remembered Nolan being involved in some bad stuff as I watched some clips of the show on tiktok a long time ago. So bits a pieces was slightly spoiled.
I am still not recovered fully from Jackson's death. It was unexpected and very off. Felt like it was brushed passed and done because irl complications. (I had to google to confirm my suspicions.)
I am so upset at this show for making my favorite platonic friends, making them get together, making me love it, then taking it away! I was scared they would do it because I loved their friendship so much but they did. And they were so adorable and my mind was changed. And they took them away!
I thought Bailey was a serial killer or something when she was first introduced. For about 2 seasons I didn't completely trust her. My intuition was right kinda. But now I love her character!
Fuck Monica.
I miss Bishop
I'm upset Grey and Nolan haven't had a heart to heart yet given the beginning of their work relationship Grey absolutely grilled Nolan. I want him to acknowledge how far he has come, despite Grey's thoughts of him.
These are a few quick opinions! Love the show even though it stresses me out.

i know there will be tons of "i aint reading allat" or "no one asked lil bro" but i just want my opinion out there.
The Rookie was Very entertaining to watch. The first season And some of the Second Lead Directly Into the comedy. Although i liked other shows way more, The fun lay back and watch some interesting funny show with the upside of not having a laughing soundtrack play every other second caught my attention. It was a nice show i watched every other day. usually only watching it when i'm bored scrolling TikTok and a clip appears and i just want to do something, so i turn on my tv, computer, or phone, and start watching. But Later on, As more and more lore got involved, I started to Get immersed and Actualy started putting it higher and higher on my favorite shows list. and after a while watching season 2, I got hooked and started watching Sometimes 4 episodes per day on weekends, And in my free time allways had it in the background. Paying close attention unlike other shows in which i quickly forget they are there, just using it as background noise. By the time i got to season 3 Episode 1 *the best episode* i got hooked even more. And by far i dropped other shows. Its not even a show i thought i would be interested in. so i'm still not sure why i like it so much. But i did. By the time i got to season 7 though, it started to blend together. and became less interesting. And the last episode of season 7 seemed like something straight out of fanfic. But i still got sad when it ended never the less, And im still waiting in excitement for season 8. Anyway if you made it this far, I would be glad to hear how you guys found the show, What you think of it, And How the show grew on you, Or slowly got worse Over time!
edit: yes i thought season 7 was over. happy to know its not

I know she is Collette Crawford in the show. But i cant find her real name, not even on imdb. Usually they have something like ālady in framesā. I was thinking about Marilyn Monroe, but i could be wrong.
Also, hello, im new. I just started watching. And i ask questions that are actually quick to answer, but i elaborate for way too long.

I don't think I've enjoyed a single grand scale story they've done, especially the Monica one that's been going on for the past 2 seasons.
They're beyond ridiculous and I get bored because of how much it breaks the tone of the rest of the show.
I LOVE the small scale personal struggles the characters have, Baileys fight with her ex was one of my favorites. But when the series has actually villians who feel ripped from Batman I just get beyond bored.
I hope they stop doing these, I usually skip season finales on rewatches because they just suck.
r/TheRookie • u/oldusernametoolong • 13h ago
Iād like to see them do something with the fact that Tim is letting Chen use him because he loves her so much and wants to be with her however sheāll let him. I know Lucyās not doing it to be evil or spiteful, but she is using him because heās willing. I think he should realize that and be hurt by it and Lucy should realize sheās hurting him.

IT feels like yesterday i was in high school and this show started i was in my final year ..the only show that i stuck with ...and the only one ( i guess not really there's also chicago med but i kinda stopped watching that) that is still with me since high school
time flies....
the reason i started watching it is because i guess around that time i finished CASTLE
i am gonna be really sad when this show ends

I remember there was this one episode where Nolan ended up going through a crawlspace, popping out through an air vent and just throwing some dude through a window. Iāve tried looking everywhere for the episode, I just donāt feel like going back and watching every single episode to see which one it was.

I honestly was fine with Monica when she was just a crooked lawyer they took it too far in s6 when they turned her from corked lawyer ALL THE WAY to malicious mobile boss. That's when I got tired of her.
