I am still pretty drunk, and I lowkey am ready to be sober. I don't mind being drunk, but I have things I have to do today and I don't want to be around others.

Also my stomach hurt :( Its like I'm drunk and slightly hungover at the same time. Which sucks. But it's alr

Is there a term that describes kissing someone with alchohol in your mouth?

Upvotes

Ive both seen and done this before! Basically where you put a drink in your mouth without swallowing and let the other person taste the drink by kissing you. Is there a term for that?

annoying drinking ritual that needs stopping

Upvotes

Hello,

I need help with an involuntary drinking ritual that happens every time I get a new drink.

Each time I get a new drink I spill a minor amount over myself no matter how drunk I am, I always seem to spill a portion of my first sip of drink onto myself.

This involuntary ritual gets very annoying when out with company as I'm left with a wet shirt and a feeling of embarrassment, even when drinking alone its annoying, having to dry myself with a kitchen towel gets quite redundant after the first time.

If anyone else has a similar experience please leave a comment about ways to fix it or even just your annoyance over it as I want to make sure I am not the only one who has this tiresome ritual.

How do I make my own version of High Noon?

I fucking love High Noons, I can kill a whole 12 pack on my own and maintain a great buzz while the water in it keeps me from dehydrating too much.

Problem is that it’s economically garbage, there’s no reason to spend this much when I can buy some Chopin, a bag of limes and topo Chico and do it myself.

Problem is that every time I tried making it the seltzer loses its fizziness and tastes super flat and gross.

What I love most about high noon is how the flavor lasts but isn’t overbearing, how it also maintains its bubbly fizz while having vodka in it.

I was wondering what the proper ratio is here and how I can go about doing it, potentially even scaling the oz of vodka without compromising the actual flavor and fizziness.

alcohol recs for first time drinker?

My friend wants to try drinking for the first time ever and I'd love recs as to what is suitable. I lowk don't even remember what my own first drink was ,probably whisky or it was maybe vodka but idk if those are good for someone's absolute first time because I remember not liking the taste of either of those though I did enjoy being buzzed.

I also don't want anything too strong , just something to drink while we chill at home , while watching a movie or something . In our culture women aren't really allowed to drink and up until recently I lived at home so the only times I drank were in abandoned spaces or empty housed and drank whatever we could get lol so I'm a bit of a novice as well.

Going on an international vacation soon and planning to be drinking often. Any personal experience? I’ve heard good things about the supplements below. Anything else I should look at?

How to know your limit

I use to be a vodka drinker but then switched to beer nd honestly forgot how much vodka i can take. Usually if ive barely ate i can only drink around 6- 7 beers bc then ile start slurring my words but wen ive ate a normal meal i can drink 15 or more. Im pre drinking because my friends want me to go to a dog racing stadium nd i know that shits gonna bore me so im wondering if anyone has advice on how much vodka to take because i dont want to b stupidly drunk just drunk enough to enjoy something thats not enjoyable. ive also barely ate today so take with that what u can.

Drinking Games with strangers

I just got a new job as a trivia host. Some bars offer a drinking round that’s separate to kinda loosen and liven things up. This doesn’t have to be trivia related, however it is up to the host (me) to come up with the game. I’m sober myself so I’m not too familiar with a lot of newer drinking games.

I would love some ideas for easy and quick (under 5 min) drinking games for larger groups with teams to play. Im able to use a deck of cards and some dice, but again this has to be quite simple and fast.

Thanks! ☺️
