We've got a long way to go. Hell, a Denny's French Toast Grand Slam with cheesy eggs (the standard unit of economic measure) near San Francisco costs up to 30% more than it does in Milwaukee.

The rent is too damn many Denny's French Toast Grand Slams with cheesy eggs!!

To be fair they probably get a good deal on their cheese in Milwaukee.
