I love those close-up shots of cats. Their eyes are just so mesmerizing.

Of course it's far less charming when the same cat has its nose pressed against yours, dribbling on your face because he wants you to get up and feed him.

I had a cat that looked similar and gained weight way faster than my first cat. Was several years younger and died from something. I'm assuming overeating or something caused by it. We never overfed them either. My cat is still alive though
