they are going to start hemorrhaging skilled engineers. Nobody wants to be associated with this brand.

Yep, it's no different than anywhere else, they put on a mask while it's convenient. There are also a lot who are just in it for the paycheck and prestige.

Translation: 

People don't bring their personal political beliefs into the office, like to get paid well for the work they do, and like to be recognized by their peers for their accomplishments.

Sounds like a healthy work environment honestly.
