get ready for early deliveries
It ain't much, but it was my first project to learn how to start using CAD software. A brand new world to me. Perfect use case though. Someone had created some, but I wanted to improve it's thickness, add holes for magnets, and size them for my Neptune 3 Pro.
I used 6x2 magnets, VHB tape, acrylic glue for magnets, and PETG+. They are holding up very well. I made really precise holes (eventually lol).
It took me quite a few iterations, but by the time I was done, I had learned a fair bit and became a little more familiar with using different software. I went through Fusion, Tinkercad, and OpenSCAD, just to get familiar with more than one, simultaneously. I think I want to try OnShape and Blender as well.
What is your favorite application? Any tips/suggestions are welcome and appreciated!
Here is my remix design, if you want to check it out, try it out, or just support my first ever attempt with a like or something. Thanks!

(Posted in r/3Dprinting as well, and I was going to cross post. But I forgot I couldn't, so I just reposted it here to show the folks here in Elegoo reddit).

Having problem with the NTC Is it NTC 3950 100K ?
Wonder if we find out today for sure! Definitely think it's the AMS. Maybe even a new printer as well.
I saw their articles discussing the Jupiter 2. I don't think that's what this is though. Innnteresting and exciting :)

A question for fellow Aussies who ordered the "packages" for Centurai Carbon.
I ordered the Centauri Carbon All in One package, but only part of the order was sent. I received the printer on Friday, and Elegoo has noted on the website that it's only a partial shipment, but I haven't received any word as to when the rest of hte package is shipping. I sent them a message but haven't received any word yet.
Has anyone else only received part of their shipment?
Just got my email telling me it's on the way, a full month early. Check your spam folder.

I just got it yesterday. Already printed my first benchy, already spent a free spool of white filament and already bought my first spool of filament to finally start printing my projects that waited me on the shelf for more than year!
Can't be happier at the moment. Well, maybe only having more good looking filaments and learning slicer software better.
Assembly was straightforward, I didn't even had to adjust any mechanical parts. All I did is adjusted head with a piece of paper and it just works!
I have been wanting myself a 3d printer for around 5 years now and it took so long mostly because I was scared of how they seemed to require lots of work and knowledge before you even buy one. It turns out that today you can get 3d printer for 200€ and just use it right away!
Peace yall! Any advicea are welcomed!

Brand new Mars 5 ultra. Peeled the step 1 off and noticed this. Is this something I should worry about?

So… I live in the US and I ordered a Centauri Carbon 3 days ago. And now we have 104% tariffs.
Anyone have any idea how that will impact our orders?

In Bangladesh, a traditional prosthetic can cost over 60 times the local average monthly income. Faced with this reality, Sayem, a biomedical engineering student, made it his mission to create accessible prosthetic solutions for those in need.
With the help of ELEGOO's sponsorship including Neptune 4 Plus, Sayem has turned his vision into reality, bringing mobility, dignity, and hope to multiple people in need.
On our 10-year journey at ELEGOO, we are proud to have been able to empower pioneers like Sayem, and shape a brighter future for all. In the next decade and more, we hope to empower even more people to create, innovate, and make a difference.

Hey Folks,
A while back my mercury plus started doing the beeping problem where the sensors think the lis id not fitted correctly. I solved this by putting post-it notes over the sensors slightly to fool them into thinking the lid was on but now its just beeping constantly no matter what I try.
I have also tried masking tape on the case, masking tape directly over the sensors and 3d printed blockers but nothing seems to work.
Any suggestions appreciated before i try removing the sensors completely. Unit is out of warranty and functions well when working

Just need to know if the printer's compatible with PC filament. I haven't found anything explicitly saying that it works, but I haven't found anything saying that it doesn't work either.
Fwiw, the recommended temperatures all play nice with what the OSG can do; I'm more concerned about the hotend/nozzle having issues

I recently bought a used neptune 4 max for around $270, everything was in good shape, or so I though. I have been having non stop problems with layer shifting only in the y axis so I went through the usual steps of belt tensioning, re tightening v rollers, upgrading firmware, switching to open neptune 4. Non of that worked so I decided to completley disassemble the y axis and what do I find, destroyed v rollers. I bough new ones and now it works good as new.

Hi guys.
I have an Eleego mars 4 ultra. And i changed my film to FEP. And I adjusted some settings like bottom exposure , exposure time, lift distance, retraction etc
But now when I am printing I have part of the print to stay attached to the printing bed and it finished and other parts are totally on the FEP. I think it is a suction problem because I can see but the state of the FEP it did got pulled. I need to replace the FEP again but can you advice be good setting in chitubox to reduce this damage/fail prints ?
Thank you. I know without pictures of the setting I am using it is hard to help .

I'm looking for guidance and ideas on how to resolve this ripple or wave effect I've been seeing recently on most of my prints.
What could I do to fix this?
It seems to happen only to some part of the prints, not the whole piece.
Printer: Neptune Elegoo 2
Filament: Elegoo PLA +
Nozzle: 200 deg Celsius
Bed: 50 deg Celsius
This is printed as shown in the pictures, with the ripple effect on the right side of the model.
TIA!

Arrived this morning and just going through the Self Check. All good so far.
Anyone else in AU had delivery yet?

I recently got my Neptune 4 Max, but in the process of setting it up, received the MCU Error message (pictured below). I've since updated the firmware to the latest version (also pictured) and even replaced the entire hotend as the original appeared damaged and I was unsure whether the wires were also no good.
That being said, the error message has still persisted and I'm completely out of ideas as to what the solution could possibly be. This is beyond frustrating, as I've really been looking forward to trying this printer out. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

I've been using regular Elegoo PLA for about a year now, and recently I saw PLA+ was on sale, so I picked up 10 kg of it. I just opened a spool of black PLA+ and tried printing with it, but I'm running into issues—it's blobbing up and refusing to print properly.
I'm using an Elegoo Neptune 4 Plus with OrcaSlicer, and I'm on the default PLA settings. Any idea what might be going wrong?
