Found! Nintendo Switch 2 discussion but without price criticisms

Title says it all, Nintendo recently showed off their new Switch 2 and it's expensive and the internet is not happy. I get that $80 is too much for Mario Kart, but it's on every post in every sub and I've heard it all before. I'm looking for a Reddit where people discuss the Switch 2 without talking about the price all the time, as so far I've seen hardly any discussion about the actual console and games and all just the same points about dropping the price of the console and games.

As a mod of r/NintendoSwitch, I don't see it as my job to curate content in a way that is different than what our users are feeling.

That said, I do get it is annoying to see post-after-post-after-post-after-post of the same topic again and again, so we do have a Repost rule that covers posting about the same topic within a reasonable time period. We want people to use existing posts rather than letting 20 people have 20 Posts that say the same thing. We want a post to handle it, and then all views get discussed in the comments.

But we're only humans, we're not going to catch everything, and there's some subjectivity on what constitutes a unique enough take or perspective.

But honestly, with the price announcements and the larger real-world issues that video games are getting caught up in, I'd say check back in a week or two while tensions cool.

I do feel both our sub and r/Nintendo are pretty regulated subs and we try not to bombard our users with the same topics. Other Nintendo subs are a bit more freewheeling.

The mushroom cup gp whelmed me lots wide straights and gentle turns. Lap 4 of 8 in dk spaceport us 12 seconds long.

Star cup look better but not by much.

Best I can find is to go into those posts and keep scrolling til people stop mentioning prices.

I posted a few replies where I was unimpressed due to the initial game offering and that the hardware is the equivalent of the current Steam Deck without the convenience of cheap storage. The price is the least concern for me but I would rather spend a few hundred more for a loaded Steam deck as it stands now. This could change by next year.
