In case you haven’t noticed, China is winning every race

They really are hey, an authoritarian political system that has improved the lives of over one billion people. Yet our 'democracy' slides backwards in every way.

Let's not act like they aren't doing horrible shit.

What they're doing to Muslims in their own country(which is a genocide, they are also using them for human experimentation), what happened to Hong Kong, the constant amount of issues they cause in the South China Sea because they claim every island, their constant threats to Taiwan, Tibet. It's a really long list and that's just the basic things I can think of off the top of my head. If you do a deep dive you'll discover that while they do some good in the world, they do so much worse.

America killed a million people over in Iraq.

Okay? Does that excuse China committing Genocide? Does that mean it's okay for them to bully and threaten every nation who has an island in the South East China Sea?

Fucking whataboutism.

I'm also not American so I don't really excuse the shitty things they've done either. In fact I don't excuse the shitty things any country has done.

How should China deal with Uyghur terrorism?

It doesn’t matter if you’re not American but how come you never bring this shit up with them?

So because a couple of people have performed acts of terrorism, that makes it okay to use them for human testing and commit genocide? So we should just condemn every single one of them because of that?

I don't even know what you're trying to say with the 2nd part of your comment.

u/AlstottUpDaGutt 1d ago

Oh ok we’re just going to let terrorism happen lmao good one.

Whataboutism.

So by your logic then the US was okay to go into the Middle East and kill all of those millions of people because of Terroism. Got it.

Good to know that in your mind genocide is perfectly okay.

Tell me, what is your opinion on Winnie the Poo, oh sorry I meant Xi Jinping?

Nice whataboutism. You got a response to any of the points listed above?

13

u/AlstottUpDaGutt 1d ago

Nice deflection lol. Americans get to kill Muslims but judge those who lock them up.

Nice projection. You're deflecting from the original point - which, by the way, is about an ongoing atrocity - by bringing up a past event that is widely recognized as a mistake and, increasingly, as an atrocity, even within the United States.

We know that we fucked up. The fact that you're defending this proves that you don't.

Every time China does something positive like helping the Myanmar earthquake victims which the US isn’t you people always to bring this shit up. It’s like clockwork. Hope the CIA pays you well.

Funny you should mention that. I gave credit to the Chinese for this exact sort of aid in a comment mere minutes earlier. Because, yes, they can do some good shit. They're also still stirring trouble over territory that isn't theirs, still violating human rights, and still committing genocide. These two things can be true at the same time - the world isn't all black and white.

I hope the CCP pays you well.

I think it’s great that China is helping the Myanmar victims and are getting positive PR which angers you.

0

u/VegisamalZero3 1d ago

No, no it doesn't. I just said that I'm glad that they're helping and I'm more than happy to say as much. That doesn't make their crimes any better.

As I said, the world isn't all black-and-white.

u/AlstottUpDaGutt 1d ago

Yeah but it’s only China you do this with. Let’s bring up the crimes of every country whenever they do something.

My goodness, you do love assuming shit about me, don't you? I barely ever talk about China. Usually, I prefer the Russian Federation as a target. And, of course, my own United States, which I love dearly and therefore reserve the right to criticise it without reservation.

Then there's Iran, North Korea, Belarus, Hungary, Turkiye... no shortage of vile regimes, really. So if you wish to argue, I'd advise that you argue with me, rather than some Sinophobe strawman that you made up.

u know the company that built that structure was chinese and it was supposedly built to withstand 8.0 magnitude earthquakes. And im not saying Chinese infrastructure companies like to cut corners but… they definitely cut corners, china has killed thousands because of this negligence.

Democracy is super important, ill take the fucked up shit we have going on here over chinas autocracy any day.

Why didn’t all the Chinese buildings in Thailand all go down?

Nice deflection.

Bad bot. Read the rest of the argument next time - I addressed this exact point.

4

u/Maleficent_Match3368 1d ago

Bad bot. Keep defending warmongering, imperialism, Western genocide, legacy colonialism, and defending all of that.

0

u/VegisamalZero3 1d ago

Never defended any of that, but go off. Have fun defending your genocide.

u/Sukhoimekniutz 1d ago

No, they didn't. This claim is hilarious how it gets brought up every time.

China never locked up the Uyghurs this claim is hilarious how it gets brought up every time.
