Do these trains not have horns? Engineer should have just held that shit down the second this guy started taking his time to walk to his car.

That just punishes everyone who lives in the area and has to listen to the horn. The driver should pay a heavy fine

It would only be for a couple minutes. I think the driver should be shamed and heavily fined.
