It would definitely fix the inability to add any more media files, what are you even talking about?

You think just because they only have 190mb of media when they only have 1gb of free space means they wouldn't add more if they had several hundred more GB of space?

You can add a SD card and he will still be in the same boat of only having 1GB free internal storage. It’s not fixing his problem.

His problem is still there. It’s not fixing anything, it’s not delaying anything. He either needs to do a factory reset or get a new phone.

It fixes his problem of not being able to take any photos and videos.

Is that a problem op voiced he had or cared about?

Did OP voice any problem at all or did they just title this "my phones storage" and leave it at that?

Are there deleted comments I'm not aware of?

Brilliant. So all we really know is, neither of us know OPs actual use case or if a SD will or will not be of any use to them.

Or they have multiple problems and an SD card would solve some but not all of them.

✨ Compromise 🤝 ✨

But since it says "Failed to download attachment from multimedia message. Try again later." right there, I think the SD card would at least fix that issue.

"Failed to download attachment from multimedia message. Try again later."

Says it all.

Does it. That’s from opening a file from a MMS.

Seeing as MMS and RCS attachments dont save direct to SD cards anyway. As far as I’m aware.

Though the 1GB of internal storage will be compromising device stability. Apps will be crashing and executing commands will be unreliable and sluggish. The file failing to download could also be because of that.
