Is this because of the solar eclipse ? Lunar eclipse? (Can't remember what way round it's meant to be? )

Solar.. sun.. yes but it's the moon (lunar) that is eclipsing it?! Or is the sun being eclipsed by the moon?!

Fair, solar is when you see the sun being eclipsed by the moon. Whereas a lunar eclipse is when the earth's shadow overtakes the moon.

Simply put, if you see the sun, it's a solar eclipse; if you see the moon, it's lunar.
