I love fresh pineapple. It is delicious and relatively inexpensive. However, preparing one generates a lot of waste, and I do not have a compost pile. This, sadly, means that I do not get a lot of fresh pineapple.

If you're concerned about food scrap waste but don't have space for a full compost bin, there are still methods to explore. You could look into bokashi or vermicompost as alternatives. They even take meats and some of the things you can't put in a normal compost bin.
