I live in New York. Trump took away $300 million earmarked for healthcare and substance abuse treatment. I'm all for the blue states aligning and having a defacto secession.

California, New York, and other more liberal states subsidize many of the poorer conservative states through the allocation of federal tax dollars. For states that subsidize other states to now have more federal funding that supports social services to be pulled from their coffers is abhorrent.
