This is literally it. He's just doing what Putin is telling him to do. The point is to destroy the United States, all of it.

Read the grievances listed in the Declaration of Independence, it's like Putin told Trump to do those things. Which is probably why Trump wanted the DOI on display in the oval.

Putin openly thinks that democracy is a sham. If you know anything about Putin, he would get off on destroying America using the same methods which inspired it's sovereignty.
