It’s going to become more appealing as grievances against our federal government and other regions build up.

Like Trump is going to destroy the economy and is likely to declare shit like martial law. We will also probably have significant portions of our rights stripped and our quality of life dropped.

And Trump especially has it out for blue states who he seems eager to personally fuck over.

If it feels like the option is suffer forever or secede people will start picking secede. And I think people underestimate how popular that option is already getting. I think 1 in 5 Americans want to be annexed by Canada. That isn’t counting independence.
