Considering how much agriculture and manufacturing actually come out of California, this would have a substantial impact on the rest of the US. The California gdp is as much as in the top 5 gdp's in the world.

Not Russia per se, but for the oligarchy.

The ultra wealthy and oligarchs have more in common with the ultra wealthy and oligarchs of other countries than they do with their own countrymen.

Just so happens Russia is an oligarchy so they (oligarchs from russia) benefit...also the ultra wealthy from here benefit

Oh no, it's directly for Russia first, then the oligarchy. Those in-fights will be happening but there are two countries trump is deep with in foreign affairs right now.

Isreal and Russia. Openly allowing both to continue their wars
