If California actually seceded or joined Canada how likely would it actually be to cause a civil war? It seems to be if Trump hates California so much he wouldn’t be so resistant to this to start a war over it. Sure, it would hurt Americas economy but he obviously doesn’t care about that either. At any rate I can’t help but feel like it wouldn’t be worth finding out how it plays out
