Selectively withholding FEMA funds of Blue states because of policy disagreements. Literally, he's willing to have Americans killed who disagree with him.

3.4k

u/TranquilSeaOtter 1d ago

He did this during Covid. When he saw that it was at first primarily hitting cities, he didn't give a single fuck and wanted people to die. It wasn't until rural areas and red states got hit harder that he started to pretend to care.

u/momamil 1d ago

I remember reading that Kushner said, it’s a blue state problem (at first). So effing evil.

627

u/Skiinz19 Tennessee 1d ago

He said it was a city issue and cities vote blue. If you were a red state with a blue city you also got screwed. It was so dumb it was dangerous.

u/Alan_Shutko 1d ago

Red states with blue cities are happy if the blue city gets screwed. In fact, it seems to be the official past-time of the MO legislature.

It's the same people who think Woodman's is "sketchy"

9

u/Severin_Suveren 1d ago

Not an American so I have no clue what that is, but let's call it what it is ok, it's political racism. One side seems to be playing politics, while the other is playing divide and conquer wargames, and have been doing so for some time

3

u/Dwayne_Gertzky 22h ago

Woodman’s is a great employee owned Wisconsin grocery store that are primarily based near major population areas like Milwaukee, Madison, and Kenosha. So it’s definitely what you said.

It’s famous for its massive selection of cheese and frozen pizzas. If you’re ever visiting Wisconsin it’s worth checking out for the novelty if you happen to be driving by one.

That’s the first thing that pops into my mind. Sketchy Phil Woodman is out rounding up stray carts like a real menace. /s

I have 2 woodmans on my liquor sales route and worst thing about them is they don’t accept my work credit card. Beyond sketchy are some of my secluded, rural liquor stores though. Like the setting of a Texas chainsaw massacre scene but dustier.

Similar to what I see about Austin when scrolling through Nextdoor from Cedar Park.

Granted, I live in Cedar Park because I can’t afford to live in Austin, But while I’d like to blame that on the government itself, it’s mostly because of the NIMBY-ism which comes from property owners from all parts of the political spectrum.

In Ohio's defense it's so gerrymandered that pretty much everywhere is red.

I also don't believe Bernardo or James David Bowman (J.D. Vance) were elected by the people. Tampered machine's absolutely same for the gerrymandering bill.

1

u/Subject_Leopard997 20h ago

Y’all, I’m in LOS ANGELES! A real hellscape if you look at any right wing source. I’ll be out protesting today in sunny, 76 degree weather with a huge variety of people from all walks of life, from all over the world, where we all live together with minimal problems or even crime for a city this size. We have delicious taco trucks on every corner (and pupusas and banh mi sandwiches and every other yummy thing you can imagine). We have some of the most creative people in the world here. Yet we are vilified by most of the rest of the country who have never been here and have no idea what they’re missing. We did recently suffer 2 massive fire events - due to climate change - and those withheld FEMA funds would be another huge blow, salt in an open wound, completely unfair in every way. California is a “donor” state to the rest of the country, contributing more money to the federal government than we ever get back in resources and funding.

3

u/HealthyInPublic America 1d ago

But Texas loves small government so much! Unless those damn hippies in Austin do something like ban single use plastic bags... then we'll sue 'em!

1

u/TankTopTyga 1d ago

Lol. Beat me to it.

1

u/Naive_Swan3844 1d ago

One thing we really need to change though is we need an absolute lot less guns only the govt. needs them

1

u/Bryan2966s 21h ago

That makes zero sense… im a democrat but im also a veteran and i know for a fact that the ones that are doing the crime dont care if they are breaking the law by having a gun… did you know the percentage of mass shootings that have been stopped due to a law abiding civilian with his concealed carry before they even started? Its lots higher than you’d think tbh and frankly i think all of us would agree when a mass shooter aims at us we would much rather there be a chance that the shooter take a bullet from a nearby before they squeeze that finger and we don’t get to go home to family dinner…. If you take guns away from the good guys then who can save you. It’s a known fact in america that most police departments have policy’s stating they don’t have to defend you if they fear for their life… they get paid and get the choice to save you or not … now i do agree fully we need stricter rules on acquiring a firearm legally and even more than that we need the mental health care and screening in the youth to be more stringent and looked after

u/wabushooo North Dakota 1d ago

The state already took over the KC police and are now trying to do the same with St. Louis metropolitan police. Jeff City absolutely despises the parts of the state with people in them.

Alabama checking in!

2

u/wial 1d ago

I've toyed with the idea of "The United City-States of America". Must democracy include the drooling brain-drained hinterlands? The word "civilization" means "city culture" not exurb fascism.

1

u/SwimmingPrice1544 California 17h ago

Same. The whole of the "Northstate" constantly complains about how dirty & crime ridden San Francisco is, while it's an every day occurrence to hear about domestic violence, child harm & drug trafficking around our the Northern towns.

49

u/Sufficient_Owl_3413 1d ago

I’m in TN as well. What confuses me is that Republicans will cheer that he outright punishes blue states and cities, but NO state or city is 100% blue (or red for that matter). How do Republicans not see this???

52

u/Firecrotch2014 1d ago

They dont care. They see anyone living in a blue state even if theyre hard core maga red they "chose" to live in that state so they deserve it.

55

u/GenericRedditor0405 Massachusetts 1d ago

I've come to conclude over the years that a common theme of Republican policies is that Republican voters are okay with collateral damage. With the death penalty, they would rather an occasional innocent person be executed than allow a criminal to live, with abortion they're fine with risking the lives of women with life-threatening pregnancy complications if it means that they can prevent women from having elective abortions, with welfare they would rather needy people starve than allow someone to abuse the system and be a "welfare queen," etc.

It's not like Trump has been quiet about wanting to punish blue states, and it's not like his voters are upset about it either. They're happy to sacrifice other people to punish the ones they hate.

8

u/Firecrotch2014 1d ago

Of course. They dont care if policy hurts other people. When it starts to hurt them or the people they care about then its suddenly a terrible idea.

5

u/EnCroissantEndgame 1d ago

They do care if it hurts other people. In fact that's the major driving motivator of their policies. They want to hurt people that they don't like, that's the main thing they care about. Not making a better society, but making sure that they drag down their enemies and making their life miserable, even if it results in making their own life miserable.

Misery loves company.

6

u/inhaledcorn 22h ago

They also believe that, if other people were given the chance, they'd be the ones being crushed under the boot. They have to be the ones wearing the boot before they're the ones beneath it. It's part of their zero-sum mentality.

5

u/EnCroissantEndgame 1d ago

It's called lack of empathy. Conservatives that think this way are the dark side of the human experience.

11

u/poopfacestuffington 1d ago

Yeah but, if only blue or red people lived in certain states, everybody with half a brain knows that the red areas will be FUBAR in no time. If it wasn't for the blue people the red people would have died out decades ago, so. Well done fuck jobs. You kept these ass clowns alive and now the rest of the world has to suffer for it.

5

u/Firecrotch2014 1d ago

I agree. Ive said it for years. Maga wont even acknowledge the fact that blue states underpin many of the red state's budgets with our taxes. If California and NY stopped paying taxes today states like KY would be fucked within a month. They take so much from the fed government and give so little back its not even funny.

Its so ironic that McConnel was leading the charge to repeal Obamacare which 70% of the people in his state use. Like how fucked is that. Youre fucking over your own constituents just so say FU you Obama. And the worst part is they admitted they had no plan to replace Obamacare either. People would literally be dying in those states bcs they wouldnt be getting the life saving meds or medical care they need.

1

u/i_ReVamp 1d ago

Also they’re mostly welfare states so without the blue state taxes they couldn’t survive. So they’re cheering for their own downfalls. Per ushz

1

u/VanderHoo 1d ago

NO state or city is 100% blue (or red for that matter). How do Republicans not see this???

I hate to both sides this one, but Democrats do this too. They ridicule MS, AL, and other lower performing states "because they voted for it". FL gets some of the worst I see, here's one from from today I ran across. Ron Desantis only won his first election by 33,000 votes, in a state with 23.5 million people, and they act like it's a right wing cesspit deserving of annihilation.

Us vs Them is a toxic mentality.

2

u/Conscious_Emu6907 1d ago

There is a difference between ridiculing or mocking a state and refusing aid or funds to a state. If dems ever take power back, I'm going to be calling my senator to refuse any and all aid to any red state that faces natural disaster. We are entering a cold civil war and the red states started it.

2

u/VanderHoo 1d ago

It's like you missed the substance of the comment chain you responded to. Red states contain blue cities, blue states contain red cities. Punishing regional areas is stupid, it hurts everyone.

... the red states started it.

100% of every red state? Or are there a bunch of innocent people in there, perhaps literally millions who are actually on your side? You want to refuse people on your side aid during natural disasters, which can be fatal, just to spite your perceived enemies? How is this any different that just being Trump?

Lucky For America 80% Live In Cities & Only 20% Are Complete Masochistic Death Cultists.

1

u/EnCroissantEndgame 1d ago

Saying "blue city" is kind of redundant. Every city is blue. Towns on the other hand, sometimes red and sometimes blue. But any major population center will be 100% of the time blue.

269

u/radicalelation 1d ago

Not just that, but they actively ransacked medical supplies from hospitals and ports.

People forgot too quickly about states activating their national guards to protect their medical resources from the feds.

I said it then, been saying it since, the first Trump admin committed politically motivated genocide, not just inactively by targeted withholding of aid (which is already arguably not "inactive" or "passive"), but by actively robbing states of their own supplies.

132

u/aneomon 1d ago

Boston had to literally smuggle PPE using the New England Patriots’s airplane.

49

u/No-Opportunity1813 1d ago

I think Maryland may have done some emergency supply runs.

69

u/BleepBopBoop43 1d ago

Murder via targeted government theft and neglect has a name I once came across - democide. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Democide

12

u/radicalelation 1d ago

Some people say polticide, and some like to claim it doesn't count as genocide if it's not a Geneva/UN recognized version.

18

u/Local-Potato6883 1d ago

If it's not from the Genoa region of Italy, it isn't genocide just sparkling mass murder

u/awalktojericho 22h ago

We should rename it Republicide.

34

u/floofelina 1d ago

They did, and their supporters deliberately went out and about without masks, including onto Native American reservations.

After watching Trump supporters the last time, I understood how the Holocaust happened while “ordinary Germans” were claiming not to know what was happening. They gleefully participated in an attempted genocide while claiming to not believe anyone was dying. Unforgivable.

15

u/Toughbiscuit 1d ago

Not just that, but they actively ransacked medical supplies from hospitals and ports.

To send to russia iirc

2

u/RCG73 21h ago

I think it was a extreme failure for this not to have been just pounded on the airwaves. So many people just didn’t know it happened because it was lost in the chaos of the news cycle

Blows me away kushner or Ivanka were never investigated but we heard about hunter regularly and they went after him and pressed charges and tried to get him prison time for something no one gets prison time for.

Kushner also was given two billion dollars by the Saudis to "invest" and nobody heard anything more about it.

I never listened to it, but I heard it was horrific. Nothing like a lazy, evil Saudi prince to get others to do his shit work because he didn’t like a journalist reporting on what a real shit hole Saudi is live in

22

u/PunxatawnyPhil 1d ago

It’s always one way for republicans and a different way for everyone else. My gawd, it’s so freakin obvious. It’s the biggest injustice existing in our nation where all other injustice emanates from. And it’s all because we have no Fourth Estate informing the citizenry any longer. Mainstream media is nothing but useless and counterproductive.

1

u/Bryan2966s 20h ago

I mean have you heard of ground news the app? Its literally the fact checker king for all news… i pay for the app because it literally shows how bias a story is with a line graph. As well as it tells ya what the factuality level of it is, whether its regional/national/international news and whether it’s a “blindspot” to those in the left or the right isles… Trust me its a amazing app for those that don’t trust the news be it mainstream or otherwise. To be real though majority of the news outlets have been being real honest and spitting facts recently the most factual news the majority of stories, if not all the stories, it seems is AP news (the associated press) they literally nonstop are rated as ‘very high factuality’ and really they are my go to at this point… but the only one thats consistently marked as ‘mixed factuality’ is fox lol occasionally the others have one marked ‘high factuality’ but the tabloids and fox are the ones always seem to be ‘mixed factuality’ you should check it out its killer stuff for fact checking and making sure your news isn’t misinformation distribution. Fact✅Shit^

44

u/StonedGhoster 1d ago

And Hunter wasn't even in the god damned administration, unlike those two grifters.

38

u/Extension_Silver_713 1d ago edited 22h ago

Exactly. Hunter makes a plea deal that would mirror most other plea deals for the crime of being an addict and lying on his background check for a gun. Republicans demand the plea deal be rescinded and he gets jail time, so they rescind it and make Biden pardon him. They get raked over the coals for that while Trump pardons numerous felons for all sorts of real crimes. Nobody says shit about kushner lying on his security clearance forms to be around top secret shit and was still allowed the position of power he was within the government. Not one fucking investigation after making billions off his appt. The fact kushner or ivanka were never even investigated spoke volumes. The whole thing is rigged and the media treats us as stupid as republicans do.

6

u/PunxatawnyPhil 1d ago

You are not wrong, and what you said is important, at the root of all our problems.

1

u/Individual-Guest-123 22h ago

Where are they this time around?

1

u/Extension_Silver_713 21h ago

Probably staying low until the country is completely under control and all dissidents rounded up. They have to know they should be in jail if we had any true justice system. I’m sure they know this is a full takeover and don’t want it to backfire like last time because the country might not be so willing to let shit slide.

1

u/Vambo-Rules 11h ago

Didn't Trump pardon Ivankas father in law?

10

u/m-r-mice Massachusetts 1d ago

Right? The MAGAs tried to destroy the life a private citizen, just because his father was the person who defeated their golden idol. Their goal was to break President Biden by destroying his remaining living son who'd struggled with addiction his whole life after seeing is mom and sister die in a car accident that he and his brother survived.

4

u/Extension_Silver_713 22h ago

Never mind what absolute coke heads trump’s own sons are while posing with guns and animal’s they slaughtered for shits and giggles all the time. I said they should have drug tested them. If the show had been on the other foot fox would have demanded jr at the least be tested.

1

Absolutely which is why it’s infuriating they never went after them. Why?? They should have been easier to dig shit up on and real fucking crimes unlike Hunter Biden. So why weren’t any charges filed?

1

2

Republicans did the same with HIV/AIDS.

Reagan didn't act, because it was affecting mostly gay men, drug users, and minorities.

So many people lost their lives unnecessarily.

Republicans don't care about anyone but themselves. They're unfit to govern a modern nation.

1

u/Jouleswatt 19h ago

Kushner — WTF is he not being grilled about his ill gotten gains?!!!!

233

u/Inferiex 1d ago

He literally diverted PPE's meant for Boston to red states. Boston had to use a private plane from the Patriots to secretly ship in PPEs:

185

u/Amon7777 1d ago

This alone should have landed him impeached and in jail. He murdered Americans with glee by stealing PPE. May he forever burn in hell for this evil.

28

u/SeattlePurikura 1d ago

This was known before he was reelected. This means many Americans are gleefully onboard with passively murdering their fellow citizens.

31

u/oki-ra 1d ago

Bill Clinton got impeached for a blow job, if that’s the standard for impeachment dementia don probably has an impeachable offense like every week!

6

Not just diverting to red states, he had some hidden shipments to send supplies to Russia as well. For reasons.

Also the stockpile was sold to Trump supporters who then "distributed" them by selling for a markup. I don't understand why the full weight of the government didn't come down on everyone in that administration.

2

u/inhaledcorn 22h ago

Because the government doesn't work for us. We aren't "people." We don't have enough money to be considered "people."

Robert Kraft literally had to use the Patriots plane to smuggle in PPE so the state of Massachusetts would have some. The feds kept withholding PPE from blue states.

56

u/Content-Ad3065 1d ago

That is why Cuomo is back in the NYC mayor race. He was the one who had to organize governors to work together to acquire PPE. They shared the resources because Jared, the Middle East peace guy, was withholding the equipment from blue states.

71

u/catcrazy9 Washington 1d ago

Not just withholding, actively intercepting shipments the states had paid for and stealing them

68

u/DarthRizzo87 1d ago

This is one of the things that Bidens DOJ should have sought justice for. It’s an easy argument it lead to the death of Americans, and it’s hard for FOX News to spin it any way positive without it blowing up in their face.

53

u/cytherian New Jersey 1d ago

Merrick Garland may have been Biden's worst decision for his entire career.

14

u/pat-ience-4385 1d ago

That and helping Clarence Thomas get his judgeship during the Annita Hill debacle.

1

u/cytherian New Jersey 18h ago

He unfortunately gave Clarence Thomas the benefit of the doubt. It was also a different time... and sadly, the testimony of a black woman wasn't given the credibility she was due.

25

u/MommyLovesPot8toes 1d ago

When history books look back on this time, they will say that Biden's failure to remove Garland was the lynchpin in the collapse of the world's wealthiest and most influential country. Exactly like how we learned that the assassination of Franz Ferdinand was the lynchpin in starting the destruction of Europe in the first world war.

When Biden stepped down, everyone said he'd go down on the history books as a hero. But then Harris wasn't elected. And Biden's legacy is now his utter failure to accept what was going on around him and act to save the country.

u/cytherian New Jersey 18h ago

Biden was a conundrum... in that he was steeped in probably the deepest amount of political experience and wisdom across the gamut (I don't count McConnell... that fiend), and also, diehard hopefulness for bipartisanship. True, he got the infrastructure bill passed and that wouldn't have happened without bipartisanship cooperation, BUT... the Republican Party has been rogue and willing to break the rules. Biden just refused to accept the danger. To them, "bipartisanship" is a curse word.

The result? Now, everything Biden worked so hard for is being torn apart. That infrastructure bill? Trump has frozen the funding for it. It's basically dead at this point. Trump would rather invest in pumping up the wealth of large rich corporations, private equity firms, and wealthy individuals, rather than in helping America's aging infrastructure.

u/reccenters 1d ago

Nah, it's not Biden's fault. It's straight on the American people.

1

u/MercantileReptile Europe 1d ago

This. Not an American, so removed from internal perspective. All the talk of legacy or "miss him yet?" is absurd. From an outside perspective, the man watched Democracy burn. Even towards the end, as Presidents were confirmed in their dictatorial powers by a corrupt high court - crickets.

To the finish line with a smile and a handshake. Warm receptions and tea for the Dictator.

u/karamisterbuttdance 1d ago

Voting-age Americans are at fault, it's just a convenient deflection to blame leaders when the people don't actively exercise their ability to choose who runs their country, state and county. Choosing to view this as leaders not stepping up is a disservice to civic responsibility. At least half of the voting population chose to not care and abdicate their duty.

2

u/MercantileReptile Europe 1d ago

Maybe, just maybe, a few may have given a shit had their supposed leaders done the same? Watching criminals plunder and destroy with impunity does not exactly make for an attractive government to participate in.

Apathy among voters is a giant problem, no doubt. But ignoring -again- Criminals in government only excuses said apathy.

At some point, the head of state has to actually engage on behalf of the state. Not doing so has some grave consequences, evidently.

1

u/MommyLovesPot8toes 18h ago

It's both. But even in your own comment you point out inadvertently why it is very squarely on the shoulders of the "leaders".

choose who runs their country

We chose people to do a job - to speak for us, to protect us, to be in the weeds so they could see when bad stuff was coming and stop it. By design, we choose these people so we don't have to pay all that much attention, given we all have our own jobs to do.

Choosing to view their leaders as not stepping up is a disservice to civic responsibility.

Our leaders shouldn't have to step up. They should already be up. It's what they were sent there to do - to represent our interests and lead. We're not "choosing to view" them this way. Thats like saying your boss is "choosing" to view you as unproductive when really it's their fault for not standing over you making sure you were working.

I remember that. Sorry POS

28

u/ConfidentLobster2962 1d ago

He wanted people to shove bleach in their ass. Don't you remember?

3

u/CaptainJudaism Georgia 1d ago

Just a shame that all of his supporters didn't follow that advice. The world would be a whole lot better off if they did.

3

u/GoodPiexox 1d ago

no you were supposed to drink the bleach and shove a fluorescent light up your ass. That way you were covered on both ends.

3

u/phusion 1d ago

We have the best ass bleach, people are saying it.

8

u/artgarciasc 1d ago

Was this before or after he sent ventilators to 💩-tin, when we needed them?

6

u/HauntedCemetery Minnesota 1d ago

He also spent his entire first term trying to order the military and national guard to use live ammo on people protesting him.

They thankfully refused, which drove his tiny penis ego crazy. And this time he's replaced the joint chiefs and head of the DC NG with moron maga fascists, so I gotta think it's only a matter of time before he orders peaceful protesters murdered on truth social and then blames literally everyone else and says he knows nothing about it.

5

u/pandemicmanic 1d ago

He sent body bags to the Navajo Nation instead of supplies.

6

u/Few_Lab_7042 1d ago

I distinctly remember, Jerry Kushner saying those are our ventilators

7

u/aFireFartingDragon 1d ago

I'm still amazed that he wasn't called out for this more.

On top of what he was saying, I vividly recall plenty of "love thy neighbor, love thy country" conservatives posting shit about how they hoped deaths in the cities would swing elections in their favor.

5

u/anitabonghit69 1d ago

He was also actively stealing PPE from blue states

5

u/stinky-weaselteats 1d ago

He gave up after one month & went grifting for the election

5

u/PunxatawnyPhil 1d ago

He is not a President of The People of our nation. He is a president for himself and his loyal clueless and/or nefarious minions only.

4

u/CherryLongjump1989 1d ago

Yep. Nothing new. He did it to Ukraine first.

3

u/ThrowawayNeunUndSexy 1d ago

I brought this up four years ago and his zealots called me a conspiracy theorist. He literally wanted COVID to spread rampant through blue cities and states to get liberal voters angry at their governments. He’s vengeful and corrupt. He wants death to all that disagree with him.

3

u/ASharpYoungMan 23h ago

Not only did Trump withhold government-stockpiled PPE of PPE from Blue states (the whole fucking reason we have those storehouses in the first place)...

Not only did he tell Blue states "You're on your own, figure it out yourselves."

When the states then did what he said, went out and arranged the purchase and delivery of needed medical equipment and protective gear using state funds, Trump then had FEMA intercept those shipments and redirect them to Red states.

Piece of shit was trying to kill us.

3

u/Unfair_Elderberry118 22h ago

The mortality gap between Republican and Democratic counties is a statistic nobody MAGA ever mentions.

It wasn't great for Red areas before Covid and it became much worse for those areas after Covid vaccines were available and they refused to get the shot.

Can't fix willful ignorance.

23

u/francis2559 1d ago

I mean, he also did operation warp speed. It’s one of the rare cases of him being big on something (vaccines) until MAGA was antivax.

It was late and not enough, but it was a step in the right direction. Until he was “corrected.”

86

u/mustbeusererror 1d ago

He did that because he wanted the credit for it. Not because he gave a fuck. Do you not recall him trying to push vaccines out even faster so they'd be available before November 2020? The GOP tried to contort Democratic concerns about Trump pushing vaccines out before they were ready as the Dems suddenly being anti-vaccine because they hated Trump.

55

u/JMurdock77 1d ago

This is the same guy who, at a time when covid tests were so rare that people had to have killing fevers to “qualify” for one, was having anyone who came within a hundred feet of him tested so he could afford himself the luxury of not having to wear a mask.

Naturally, the cult picked up on it, and we veered yet further onto the dumbest timeline. “I don’t want to wear a mask, because Dear Leader doesn’t want to wear a mask, because Dear Leader doesn’t want to smear his makeup!”

22

u/Skiinz19 Tennessee 1d ago

It's okay, his biggest supporters like Herman Cain died to show their allegiance. Unfortunately Chris Chrisite didn't show as much devotion.

20

u/JakeConhale New Hampshire 1d ago

And, when returning to the White House after having been airlifted to Walter Reed for COVID treatment - the first thing he does is dramatically remove his mask.

14

u/mustbeusererror 1d ago

After forcing the Secret Service to drive him around while still infectious so he could pretend like he wasn't seriously ill. That whole episode of him being in the hospital was such a shit show.

9

u/Billy-Ruffian 1d ago

While he was still contagious, endangering his protective detail and their families.

1

u/JMurdock77 17h ago

While still gasping for each breath like a fish out of water…

Remember how he was swinging back and forth between dangerous levels of oxygen deprivation and roid rage? If ever there was a time when it would have been appropriate to 25th him, even temporarily, that was it.

1

u/JakeConhale New Hampshire 16h ago

Rumor goes he refused anesthetic for some test or operation so he wouldn't risk invocation of it.

16

u/SirWEM 1d ago

Had an old man say/scream similar lines at me and my staff at a butcher shop i was overseeing. It was during the first few weeks of the lockdown. Because he was asked about his lack of a mask by a counter person. It started a 10min fiasco. Which lead to him being arrested. We had sheriffs posted in our shopping plaza, because of riots over/about the lockdowns the prior two nights.

15

u/teenagesadist 1d ago

He also sent some of the very few COVID testing machines to, who else? Putin!

Making sure his boss was okay before helping any Americans.

9

u/Content-Ad3065 1d ago

And then he got covid was hospitalized and got the drugs he was denying worked

1

u/Healthy_Ad_6171 1d ago

He also shipped covid tests to putin.

2

u/skr_replicator 1d ago

If you actaully do something good but only because you wanted credit for it, then that's not really that bad. So I'd let his have that credit, he's still fucked up at pretty much everything else though, most of which is insanely much worse.

22

u/count023 Australia 1d ago

Operation warp speed was him taking credit for stuff already in production, he didnt do anything major to change vaccine development rates.

11

u/ciopobbi 1d ago

He probably thought he was approving a spaceship like the Enterprise and not a vaccine.

5

u/mightcommentsometime California 1d ago

I wish he had been approving the commission of the USS enterprise. But he probably thought it was the ISS enterprise…

1

u/DaoFerret 1d ago

Pretty sure it was approval for a White House Enterprise car rental franchise.

2

u/warm_sweater 1d ago

Yep, he did this to Washington state and I believe there was a suit over it going at the end of his term.

2

u/DinosaurDikmeat01 Canada 1d ago

Everyone reacting like it’s the first time. It’s time 90,103.

You’re running out of time to do something about this.

2

u/Rickreation 1d ago

And they got away with that too.

2

u/canon12 1d ago

He has his fingerprint on over 500,000 that died during covid and took no hits for it. His fingerprints are all over the Jan 3 even and he took no hits for it. In fact he was reelected. Just a month into his term the stock market is diving like a rock. He's obsessed with Tariffs and has destroyed relationships throughout the world that took a century to develop. He needs to be in prison NOW.

2

u/Vambo-Rules 11h ago

Didn't they commandere most of the PPE and set conditions for states requesting it?

u/beige_man 3h ago

Why is every one of these a surprise? His revenge knows no bounds. If a Terminator only had a revenge circuit, it would be him. He's going to shred as many blue state federal support, institutions, people and countries as much as he can.

Does it matter to him that blue states are 60% of the GDP?

Does it matter to him that red states also get caught up in his tariffs, even more so in the case of agriculture?

Does it better to him that fossil fuel-induced climate change is burning down everyone's house?

Does it matter to him that half the people are against all this, or demonstrating, and that every president before him has tried to reconcile the broken half, and to govern the People as one?

Does it matter to him that slamming the military and the optics of disrespecting their dead by golfing are bad?

Does it matter to him that the plummeting stock market takes out Republicans' stocks too (with more of them invested in stocks, and probably the riskier ones)?

(Checks current news). Nope, on all of this.
