He did this during Covid. When he saw that it was at first primarily hitting cities, he didn't give a single fuck and wanted people to die. It wasn't until rural areas and red states got hit harder that he started to pretend to care.

Not just that, but they actively ransacked medical supplies from hospitals and ports.

People forgot too quickly about states activating their national guards to protect their medical resources from the feds.

I said it then, been saying it since, the first Trump admin committed politically motivated genocide, not just inactively by targeted withholding of aid (which is already arguably not "inactive" or "passive"), but by actively robbing states of their own supplies.
