February has been packed with exciting updates! We saw the launch of RoadCraft’s demo on Steam and the release of Expeditions Season 2, bringing new vehicles and challenges. Whether you’ve been exploring new content or conquering tough terrains, it’s been a great month for all of us! Let’s take a quick look back at what happened this month. 👇
🚚 SnowRunner
Let’s kick things off with the Mack Dual Pack! 🚛
As part of this DLC, we introduced a new tool that we initially referred to as the ‘RGB Selector’. We realize now thanks to your feedback that this was a bit of a mix-up since it doesn’t actually let you input hex codes. Our apologies for the confusion! To make things clearer, the tool has now been renamed to the ‘Color Tool’.
We hope you still enjoyed this new feature, along with all the exciting content already available in the Mack Dual Pack! Also, a quick heads-up: in Season 15, the Color Tool will be getting an upgrade, bringing even more customization options to your vehicles!
Speaking of SnowRunner’s Season 15, it will bring some serious winter vibes! ❄️
Get ready to explore a brand new region, Québec, where snow-covered landscapes and icy challenges await. This season will test your skills in harsh winter environments, with two new maps and two fresh vehicles to help you conquer the cold terrain. We can’t reveal too much just yet, but trust us, you won’t want to miss it! Stay tuned for more details coming soon! 🚛

And don’t worry! We’re already working on Season 3, so stay tuned for more updates soon! 👀
🚧 RoadCraft
In case you missed it, we launched a free RoadCraft demo on February 24 as part of Steam Next Fest! If you haven’t tried it yet, now’s the perfect time! Check it out here!
Get hands-on with three unique missions on different maps, specially crafted for this demo. You'll get a solid glimpse of the full RoadCraft experience! We’ve been carefully reading all your feedback for now, and we’re taking it into account for what’s next. We’re preparing a post-demo blog to tackle your most pressing questions.
Also, a quick reminder: RoadCraft is not SnowRunner 2. The features in the demo represent what you can expect from the game, but this is far from the full experience. These will be two distinct and unique experiences.
And finally, a huge thank you to the 200,000+ players who have already jumped into the demo! Many of you have shared your constructions and experiences with us, and we love seeing your creativity in action. Keep them coming! 🚧✨

context: Being a father of a 6m baby means your game session can will be interrupted at any moment. You handle the "emergency" (undetermined amount of time) then you can come back to where you were.
So there I was, in the freezing Amur delivering two loads of short logs, watching the beautiful sunrise while wondering why the Fisherman's House would do with 2 short and 1 medium logs. Anyway, I am summoned to a baby emergency, so I quickly hit start on the controller to "Pause" the game and off I go.
45 minutes later I am back, I hit continue and... the beautiful sunrise turned int a pitch black night and my truck run out of fuel. So now a delivery mission gets the added bonus of a rescue mission, like there wasn't enough tasks required for me to complete in Chernokamensk...
PS: Yes I know if I "return to main menu" it will save the game and prevent this from happening, but that also requires reloading the map when you come back, and sometimes it will take more time to load than the time you are away. I also know I can stop the truck engine manually before pressing start.
Just wondering if there was any 1 key/button way of really pausing the simulation.
I was trying to load the Kodiak onto the flatbed trailer and noticed it was a bit too wide for the trailer. I tried anyway. When it flipped to the side while loading, I thought, "Good idea physics! It would fit much better this way!" and then pulled it completely onto the trailer in that position with the crane.
The wheels and the small crane are wedged between the stakes, preventing it from sliding off. However, the center of mass is obviously off-center, which caused the trailer to flip later.
Hey community, how do you usually deal with burnouts from the game? Like me, you just let it sit for some time or are there other ways to push through?
So here is what's happening...
I'm in Yukon, playing each map in the order they have come out. I have completed everything in Big Salmon Peak, and for flooded foothills, I'm left now with the tasks to transport cargo to the gold mine, sorting and repair the conveyor belts.
Yesterday I spent most of my afternoon just roaming around the northern part of the map gathering resources from the houses and storing them at the concrete factory near the garage. And I still have everything south and a cross the river to gather. Not to mention the ABSURD amount of cargo to deliver to the gold mine alone. Just looking at it discourages me.
Are there any tips on how to handle situations like that? Or to be more effective in delivering all the cargo?
And for the love of God, please keep at bay all comments like "the game is about cargo delivery". I understand that. I just don't want to get burned almost on every sitting because of Yukon.
PS: Kola was actually more enjoyable than Yukon. The challenge was the terrain, not the volume of cargo repeating the same path.
hello, i want to get into yukon and other maps but i dont want to deal with that blackriver stuff (my dream is to go to alaska so i want to experience it in a game dont question it pls). is there a way to get into other maps?
I am playing Kola right now, it’s a beautiful map but the missions so far is a lot of “go explore here”
Does anyone else feel It looks like a intro for the game expeditions?
So far just using scout vehicles for that and haven’t unlocked Imandra (I guess that’s what the second map is) I haven’t done all the logging missions in base game, just when I needed money, should I come back and do it, hear everyone saying Kola is hard I might need more trucks for oil and repairs as region doesn’t have much, so far, for me is just slow cuz of heavy snow.
Gimme your thoughts, Michigan is my favorite map so far, what else can I expect on such different region
Do you pick a favorite truck and just buy duplicates of it?
I pretty much have all my money tied up in trucks, and have zero duplicates. I just upgrade/modify a truck the way I want when I get it, and more or less just use it in that role forever. By the time I finished Alaska I had about a dozen trucks scattered all over the map.
