Ask the Sub Steam is running a sale on nature-related and eco-dystopian games
https://store.steampowered.com/sale/EarthAppreciationFestival2025 Any recommendations? Seems to have a few parallels with solarpunk stuff

Of the ones I've played on that list, the Wandering Village is one I gave a chance to. It's relaxing, slower paced city builder with a walking stone dragon dinosaur thing. I like it - got me through Christmas at the in-laws. Timberborn in a similar way.
Terra nil can scratch a planet healing itch but it never really grabbed me.
I've had my eye on Aloft for a while, and Wingspan has also been recommended to me by multiple different people.

Timberborn! Fantastic post-humanity city builder in a world populated by intelligent beavers. There solarpunkiness of it is kinda minimal, but it feels optimistic about the world beyond even a human eco-catastrophe which is nice. If you've read Beyond the Burn Line, it's a very similar vibe to the first half.
I'll mirror the other comment by adding that the Wandering Village is also nice, but it didn't quite capture me the way Timberborn did.
I think one thing that makes Timberborn feel a little more solarpunk is that the only real goal in the game is to make your beavers' lives better. Their 'satisfaction' is the main driver to expand and develop. There are endgame projects you can work on, but they're just there if you fancy it. Your beavers will be happy just with places to hang out, activities, and a variety of foods. A simple life!

+1 for Timberborn. I really enjoyed it, especially the contrast between the "Techbibers", which basically say "we do what the humans did, let's ruin the planet for progress" and the "normal" Bibers which find more ecofriendly solutions.

Crab God is a personal favourite. And it helps raise money for coral reef rejuvenating according to their main site ^
