I am looking at stem cell treatments for my osteo-arthritic knees

I live in the SW US so I’m looking at Tijuana MX, within driving distance for me. The two I’m considering:

CSI - no price yet

Progencell - price for two knees: $3,100.

Both have nice websites. Has anyone used either of these or do you have any feedback?

What are the cancer risk factors vs rewards with exosomes?

I have many symptoms from long covid and heard some good things about exosomes. I am over 60 with compromised immune system and concerned about cancer issues that can occur with exosomes. Anyone have experience with cancer and exosomes or the risk factors? I don't know that I have cancer but would hate to have it activate something or another infection.

Stem cell aftermath

Hey guys, I had stem cells done on both of my elbows last Wednesday and I am just curious for those of you guys that have had it done how you felt in the days and weeks after the procedure. The pain from the procedure has subsided in my arms, my right arm is just a bit stiff. But I’m experiencing a lot of fatigue and exhaustion and sleeping a lot as well as brain fog. Thanks for your feedback!

Stem Cell Injections Without Imaging — Anyone Have Experience?

Hey everyone, I’m looking into stem cell treatment for my knee and had a quick question for those who’ve been through it or have some insight. What are your thoughts on getting stem cells injected directly into a joint — like the knee — without any imaging or guidance (such as ultrasound or fluoroscopy)?

It seems like some clinics do it freehand, and I’m wondering how accurate that really is. Does not using image guidance affect the effectiveness or safety of the injection? Have any of you had it done this way, and if so, what was your experience like?

Really appreciate any feedback, stories, or thoughts — trying to make the most informed decision I can. Thanks in advance!

How much do polymers improve regeneration of cartilage?

this page indicates that electro polymers make cartilage turn out better https://www.reddit.com/r/stemcells/comments/1do09n6/article_integration_of_electrospun_scaffolds_and/

is this correct? I had also read elsewhere that the cartilage can be shaped better, so that it matches natural properties of cartilage, if polymers are used
