Speculation Metroid Prime 4 Price and Upgrade Price
Given the steep ~$80 price for Switch 2 games, the upgrade price for original Switch games probably makes sense this way.
I think Metroid Prime 4 will launch for both Switch ($60) and Switch 2 ($80). If the upgrades were free, everyone would buy the Switch version ($60) and play it on Switch 2 thanks to backwards compatibility.
So, I speculate the game upgrade pricing is probably going to be $20 😢.

Speculation I'm concerned that Switch 2 might end up like the Wii U.
The Wii U turned me off Nintendo for its broken promises. They definitely turned it around with the switch and it's still selling so well that it feels like Nintendo might get overconfident again. Like Sony was with the PS3 due to the PS2's success. I wrote and put my speculative thoughts in an admittedly pessimistic and hyperbolic video.

Speculation Nintendo Got Companies To Delay Game Announcementd
I've been thinking for a while there's been a lot of upcoming rumored announcements such as Halo Collection, Gears Of War Collection possibly a God Of War Collection but they keep missing events.
I believe Nintendo has spoken to the major companies and gotten them to delay these announcements for the Switch 2.
I feel Nintendo has to go for the big play with the Switch 2 launch and have a bunch of games ready for it day, it's gonna have all the backwards compatability switch 1 games but they need strong 3rd party out the gate.
It would make for a slightly unconventional year with lots of new releases for summer but if they are mostly remakes/ports, possibly even GTA 6, if I was a games company I would want to piggy back of all the hype and attention on the Switch 2.
Nintendo gonna be spending a ton on marketing so tying big ports to the release would be free marketing?
My biggest holdout is Nintendo and Microsoft announcing straight up game pass for Switch. That would be killer.
Speculation Do you think we will see the playtest program tomorrow?
I just posted a switch 2 predictions video on my YT channel and I talked a little bit about how I think the playtest program could be tied to the rumoured social features on the Switch 2. I think it could be a kind of social hub where you can meet people, see what they’re playing and see their achievements etc. Of course this is entirely speculation, but I’d be very interested to hear what other people think the new rumoured social features could be, and if the playtest has any part in this?
Also feel free to watch my predictions video if you haven’t already watched enough haha

Speculation RGT was just joking about the DS R4 cards and was questioning why game publishers don’t sell games on SD cards, and that got me thinking…
The SD card in my switch is a Sandisk with 1TB and a write speed of 190MB/s while sandisk thumb drives with the same storage capacity and more than double the write speed are a few dollars cheaper on Amazon. I think it would be cool to purchase games on a usb c which wouldn’t have to stick out anymore than a wireless mouse dongle on a laptop and use it in the switch 2 usb c port on the top.
