Pace was spot on 60 BPM. This guy keynotes.

If you are asking how I figured it out, it's not really easy for me to explain. I just use a metronome tool with that has a "Tap" feature.

Just tap along with his speech, it's not every word, you really need to listen for the pauses to know where a "bar" ends to borrow another musical term.

To clarify my question: I don't even know what you mean by 60 BPM speech or why that would be the perfect pace.
