To all the people that said Howe had taken the club as far as he could during a poor run of form. All I have to say is, Howe now brown cow?

Gloating about being correct (whether you were negative or positive) is pretty sad - made all the more unbearable online when folk are trying hard for internet kudos (or whinging that they didn't get internet kudos originally, so jokes on everyone else).

Agree, aside from the fact that Tonali already was (although Howe is using him much better in our system).

What a season Jacob Murphy is having so far! 🔥
 in  r/NUFC  20h ago

He's got a cannon on him as well. Never really noticed until that outside the box thundercunt when we beat Spurs 6-1.

"How the fuck is Murphy doing that??" went the whiney Spurs fan on that video. Delightful.

I'm glad we've some lads that can smash it in. In my mind it goes Isak, Barnes, Murphy, Sandro, Schar then Gordon.

Which is good because Big Joe is hit or miss and Bruno never really smashes it as hard as I'd like.

Crosby is still an amazing player. They always get talked about together since they started around the same time and for rival teams. They both hold a ton of records each - but Ovi is the greatest goal scorer, and there's a good chance no-one currently playing will beat him.

Expectedly, loads of old footage on TV about his career. Nobody thought he'd get close - himself included (They won the cup in 2018, btw).

It isn't a bad parallel to Messi. As they get older they have to change the way they play because they're not as fast, but they have all the experience and a second sense of where the goal is. Yes they're past their prime but all they need is a split second to punish you.

Has Kelly really been that bad since joining them, or are they just in a poor run of form at the moment?

Nowt to do with football, but I moved to the US a few years ago (got married) and we live in Maryland. Obviously a Toon fan forever but I started following the Caps too since I love hockey.

They've been average last few years, but this season they're doing great...

I just watched Ovechkin break Gretski's all time scoring record. 895 goals over 20 seasons. Absolutely buzzing.

One of a kind player. He's 39 and he's got 40+ goals this season, AND he missed 17 games because he broke his fucking leg.

A true sporting legend.

Didn't expect to get this AND a Newcastle trophy this year!

Gotta stop looking at games like this. What matters is what Newcastle do. Fuck all the other teams. We can't control that.

He does it all, except anything that actually matters.

Hehe. Hehehhehe.

I don't even know if it was a penalty, but if the most unlikable manager in football gets this angry, I'm for it.

Go to response from him is that they ALWAYS deserved to win, and they're ALWAYS cheated out if it. Zero humility. Fascinating that when they play Real he'll still be less likeable than that entire organisation.

I think Tuchel knows Hall is a talent from his Chelsea days. Hall will get his chance so long as he continues his trajectory.

Personally I would be livid, but it is kinda funny from an objective perspective.

Just wanted to say, I think he's a class act, especially compared to some of the managers out there.

Wished us luck in the final and hoped we'd go on and win it, gives us our dues, gracious in defeat, and even went to ask Tonali if he meant that shot (obviously he did, Morretti Spaghetti fuck Sunderland).

Reminds me of Howe attitude-wise.

Barcelona lack finances to register Olmo - La Liga - https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/articles/ce8gdyzyljlo

Barca too poor to register two of their own players, but they're gonna buy Isak AND Tonali. Spanish rags are worse than ours!

We'll have to check back in on the annual Chelsea fire sale in the summer.

After all, they need to fund their next 20 signings...

bruins fan coming in peace because I got flamed for wanting ovi to break the record…
 in  r/caps  6d ago

Not just that, but there is no other player with the attributes of Ovi. He's built different. Someone posted a great breakdown video of him a few weeks ago that talks about how unique a player he is. They don't make them like that any more.
