I have a Model 3 Highland and I use FSD about 95% of the time. I get in my car, I leave my underground garage, type my address in and press the button. My most often disengagements are: Potholes (Yay Montréal) and the odds and ends mistakes here and there, typically navigation based where it drives for a bit to make a u-turn when the road would have actually let me turn on the left or in MTL we have forward green arrows which do not allow right turns until it is fully green.

With that being said, I use it daily. I use it to get me from point A to point B and back. It's a little slow at Stop signs (cause the recall by the NHTSA forced it to be at 0km/h, full stop, before continuing). Once you know the little quirks of it, it's truly revolutionary. Perhaps the 2020 Model S does not have enough computer and camera quality to do what the latest gen can (despite Elon promising older models with older hardware will be fine)

Agreed. I'll try to talk to them and maybe the actual architect so I can get a better understanding. I assume they'll charge me for such a meeting. Anyway, it's something I'll probably have to do in the future if I want to have it "feel" a little less constricted

The second bedroom will be my office so I am thinking of removing that entire closet and having a tiny small one on the side.

I didn't think about that idea of the stacked washer/dryer and using the other half as a "walk-in" closet. That's smart, might do something like that

Thanks for the visual, it helps! I think to save space, I might just remove the TV unit and wall mount everything either way. As for the table. Maybe there is a type of media unit that can be used as a dining table? Not too sure. Will look into something like that potentially for small apartments

New build, they have just broken ground. This is the unit I picked for the price-point to the amenities. I originally told them I didn't like the arrangement that could only fit a two-seater. They said the design can change. So I'm here for ideas as I assume they will charge me to move things around. Wanted to poke the brains of others :)

There's probably some constraints somewhere, from a load bearing wall type of thing but other than that, it's supposed to be a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. 915sqft

Thought as much. I definitely would be removing the stools at the kitchen island but what else is possible to have more social seating place? Or am I just cooked with the tiny living area

I love my Model 3. It's the best car I've not had to drive thanks to FSD. I use it 95% of the time and do trips constantly Montréal to Toronto, MTL to the US (not anymore cause fuck em)
