Is there anyway to virtually increase ping in video games to get less jitter?
I have no idea if this exists, but I want to somehow get less ping jitter, or none, by getting higher ping in certain games. I play FPS competitively in a fast paced gamemode, and with ping jitter movement for every player stutters back and forth, and it's entirely at fault of my ping jitter, which is 4-7ms.
I play with anywhere from 92 to 98 ms ping, which isn't the issue because I know people with 130ms on the server who don't get any stutter because their ping only lowers or raises every few seconds.
I play on a gaming laptop with a good enough network card, and I could sacrifice about 15 ms if there would be a way to virtualise more ping into games for less jittering.

I have DSL wifi5, and the problem I get is visual stuttering - or small constant rubberbanding, where movement at high speeds for me and other players causes them to rubberband by a tiny bit, but repeatedly. it's enough to throw off your aim or make you unable to line up a shot
