Good headphones for picking up screams and loud noises.
If it's a microphone problem, then look up Meze boom mic. People are praising it to the heavens. Or try to fiddle with the settings on windows (mainly gain setting). Tyler1 has been using a shitty headset mic since forever and that person is constantly screaming as if he was falling through all the gates of hell in a never ending loop. So definitely check your system microphone settings.

My Handicapped Physx 5090 got a Wheelchair today
