CONTROVERSIAL: we should be able to grind older battle passes we own, ESPECIALLY before chapter 4.
 in  r/FortNiteBR  1d ago

In that case I'd say no because it was a special deal that you received by being in their 'crew club' the moment you unsubscribe you lose access to the passes you had anyways and would need to actually buy the individual passes if you wanted to continue progressing them. It's basically a member exclusive included with that subscription and not the same as outright buying the passes. Much cheaper too. However I also think if you were subscribed long enough and were paying crew during the entire duration of the pass that was active you should be able to keep that pass you had paid the whole duration for.

Just bringing back the pass itself would be cheaper for the consumer and still make them a good amount of money. Or shifting it to how infinite and other games are starting to where you keep the pass and can continue it whenever you like but have to switch between which pass you wanna progress so you can't do them all at the same time would also help with player retention so people aren't finishing them all at once. Bringing items from the passes at full price for each cosmetic is greedy and shouldn't be defended or praised. Like who is going to buy every single item individually from the previous battles passes? I'd only even be willing to get one if i really liked it and ended up missing it. Being said there's usually only one or two i even like and would use per battlepass. But alas the only ones I've missed that I actually wanted are in old battle passes (mostly mando and the girl with the cloak from the cube season) that we will never see again so they won't be getting my money for any of these return items anyways 🤷

From my understanding, there is already something in the works to bring back old crew cosmetics.

I don't think you have to grind all the way back up to page 8. You don't lose anything that wasn't finished. And once you do finish the pass every 1000 purple currency can be turned to 100 blue currency used for actual purchases. If your doing enough of the quests you can get a good chunk of currency.

If We Don’t Get Lightsaber Pickaxes Next Season, All Hope Is Lost 😭
 in  r/FortNiteBR  3d ago

Welp beskar seems to do the trick. So much for needing to overpower 'everything' in the starwars universe. Besides pick axes don't overpower any other pick axe. They aren't usually used to actually hit people mostly buildings and all that. And the pick axe would break those just fine. Look at the jedi survivor games. Plenty blocks your lightsaber. And not only that but I could go up to any tree or structure and aside from a few cases it's not doing anything but putting a little burned slash mark on it that will quickly fade away.

There's no way you aren't running into frame drops.

Nah your only spamming that move because the other ones sucked and didn't do enough. The buffs they gave it were needed. The nerf to DP was not. The only difference is people will now be spamming the newly buffed moves and hardly using DP.. it doesn't solve anything. Not only that but DP locks you into an animation. It's high risk high reward. Why would I EVER purposely use that move now if being locked into that animation possibly getting me killed. High risk low reward now. The solution isn't to just use different weapons either. If you can't play the weapons you like to use why even play it at all?

So no improvements to the consoles performance? Just steam? Cool i guess. Dunno what the point of all the different performance/ quality modes are if the only one that really works decent is balanced mode locked at 40 fps. Even locked at 40 fps I'm getting a decent amount of frame drops especially in areas like the Forrest or whenever crazy weather is happening. Like what's the point of having the other modes or the unlocked framerate option unless you wanna torture yourself.

What excatly are these mysterious conditions? o.o

I literally hate that for a bunch of these it says 'when certain conditions are met' then proceed to not tell you what conditions need to be met...

When you get carted the cat that carts you will physically run from the camp they dropped you to all the way back to main base. You can actually follow them. Back to their tent in the base

They really needed to give us an HR Zoa Shia, and not giving us weapons or armor sets for it was a crime.

Is it normal to need this long for Jin Dahaad?
 in  r/MHWilds  16d ago

Last night I had a mission to fight a tempered ray dau and tempered arkveld at the same time. Fighting ray dau and then the tempered arkveild decided it wanted to join. A couple minutes later and a second non tempered arkveild decided it wanted to join the fun. Pure chaos..

Don't forget what they took from us
 in  r/MHWilds  23d ago

I think all the new ones looks so bland. The way they move and stuff is cool but they are all just that gross bland green and look so out of place with like any armor set other than the artisan one. And the artisan armor set is even worse looking than all the weapons.

When are layered weapons supposed to be a thing? I hate the way the artisan weapons look.
