The only thing I can say so you will keep going and not stop is that. I lost my strength after not going for 2 weeks and it's like I'm starting from scratch Al over again. DO NOT STOP GOING! Forget abou the husband, do it for you and save yourself the disappointment and feeling like you've failed and keep going! Do all the classes! There the best! But please don't do what I did! 5 days max without going and you'll be ok

Portugal. The seafood, the meat. All top notch . I had the privileged of living there for 2 years so that might have something to do with it but still traveled other places. And the quality is always up there in comparison

Went last year. I'm a big foodie and wasn't impressed. Nice you like basic homely Italian food though. The sauces didn't taste homemade and tasted like they just banged in a can of tomatoes. But might get lucky with other dishes

Toe nails, cut them and file them down regularly. Mine where too strong even when cutting but filling them down helped

Gaming, walk in a nice park, maybe do some cat sitting, gym, tidy up things or deep clean areas, go see a movie, do a day/2 hr class, theres some that can be learning how to tuft rugsf or make some sort of food ect, there is also a monthly event where random people meet for dinner called mingle, it's quite fun, here's their link, just in case https://www.instagram.com/mingle_irl?igsh=cTljbXBtbXl5Y3lh

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply! The nervous system will probably need work, more likely 😅 thankfully ( I should've stated) that I am a very healthy weight and exercise regularly and eat well. No more spice though.. I love spicy food and would add chili in most foods. I also should've asked about drinking alcohol. Whats the best or should I just not drink at all on Paddy's day? But fire away on your guidelines anyways if you don't mind? I might see something I didn't think of. Sparkling water, that I love is out now too I've learned 😭 hoping I see improvement and didnt do PERMANENT DAMAGE to my throat 😭😭 thanks again

Yeah my sister expected me to get my own room even though she had all the in laws in the hotel mansion.. asked me where I was staying a few months before too .. she had my mind blown.. told me I was expected to be close by the day before ect and I'm like, where then?! If you gave all the rooms to the fcuking in laws?! 😅 I was the only sister of the bride AND bridesmaid. One bridesmaid backed out a month before too. Surprise surprise
Hey there , I (F) age 33 have recently found out 2 days ago I have gerd and it's been since October since I have had a sore /horseyness throat. The health system in Ireland can be quite useless at times as they lost or "never received" my referral back in January so it has worsed a lot since my unnecessary wait. I am now extremely worried I will never get my voice back and don't know what to think or what to do to really help the situation improve more than to just take the prescribed meds...
My question is. Will the meds actually work? Or what situation, similar to myself have you been in? As the title said, I am beyond fed up and don't even want to socialize it's that bad. I sound like a sick old lady sometimes and can never express myself fully. I'm either having to repeat myself to add more strain on my throat due to my mother being hard of hearing or just in generally as my range is so low and it's becoming so frustrating I just want to done with it all and talk NORMALLY ! if anyone can give me any idea of what can help and what was your experience that you saw an improvement I would be so thankful !
