In Fight Club, when Edward Norton's character meets Tyler Durden in the airplane scene, that's when they finally meet at a conscious level. The camera moves sideways slowly showing Tyler as if emerging from within The Narrator, who's now split his personality into two opposing personas.
... usually a claim like this warrants a reason. I love all of those listed, including Edgar Wright, but a statement without justification is just lazy.

I apologize for the poor photo quality, my sister in law took this photo a while ago, but it’s really the only “good” one we have.
My wife and I have been lifelong friends, and I have known Sam since I was twelve as well.
If any of you have time to draw her, paint her, etc., our whole family would be eternally grateful.
