Same. Used to drink several cups in the morning & now can barely drink half a cup. I put the remainder over ice & add Premier cafe latte to it. It's yummy. Another aversion is fat on meat. We had some beef bbq ribs the other night & I bit into a bunch of fat. Almost vomited. ðŸĨīðŸĪŠ

I haven't had any problems with reta. You could have problems if you're not letting the alcohol dry on your skin before the injection.

Thank you. I'll make a list. I'm used to 2.5mg of Semaglutide for months, so do you think I can microdose with Sema & Reta for the appetite suppressant?

Retatrutide beginner

Hi everyone! New to the group. I was on Semaglutide for many months & hit a slump where I wasn't losing anymore. Dr told me to try Phentermine but took for 3 weeks & didn't help increased appetite. Now I am using Retatrutide @ 4mg per week but my appetite has increased & no weight loss for 3 weeks. I am fairly sedentary other than using the treadmill walking due to disabilities & auto-immune issues. Anyone have any suggestions or do I need to wait longer for Retatrutide to help? Thanks so much.
