Other than Italy

The tribes of the north are quite fun to play if you have holy fury and the other tribe dlc. You could also play as an indian or muslim guy. Those are the ones I could suggest.

The World in 2078 (turn 500)
 in  r/Medieval2TotalWar  1d ago

When Rome is conquered, pope requests a settlement from the Christian with the highest relation. If he refused, he goes to the next one and asks from them. This doesn't happen if you have fow off.

How do I get my character killed?
 in  r/crusaderkings2  2d ago

Get depressed, suicide. Or have an ambitious spymaster and heir they'll make quick work of you

Hope they take up my upcoming ransom offer and pay up..
 in  r/Medieval2TotalWar  2d ago

They will be too much in debt to pay the ransom.

Stainless steel crashes
 in  r/Medieval2TotalWar  3d ago

You should check the crash report. If it doesn't specify, find how to change the kind of report on the net and share the different results here. Something on the map location is probably the most common error.

Why does the AI declare wars so passive aggressively?
 in  r/CrusaderKings  4d ago

Generally they insult my 6th great grandmother before declaring war you should consider yourself lucky.

Sell me on your fav faction?

French. Professional pikemen, scots guard, good starting position, the aventuros. What else one would want from a faction (except longbowmen).

Did my Queen cheat on me?
 in  r/crusaderkings3  8d ago

I might be wrong but there is still a decent chance that the kid might not have been bright.

There is a 3rd Option...

Like you did on the fourth crusade? Better keep the Europeans out of Constantinople.

Did my Queen cheat on me?
 in  r/crusaderkings3  9d ago

If both the parents have a positive genetic trait, the inheritance chance is 95%. Just an unlucky guy to have an unlucky bandit issue later on.

Anyone else kinda hate playing computers?
 in  r/chessbeginners  9d ago

I started on real boards when I was 5, moved mostly to computers in 10, got used to both. I don't hate any of them but real board feels much better.

How to see enemy unit info
 in  r/Medieval2TotalWar  9d ago

The further the enemy, the less your men figure out about them. Simple logic. Wait for them to get closer.

Exterminating gives like 1/4 of the money from sacking as well. It's really just there to get your generals dread from unimportant settlements to get authority.

The healers guild believes there are to many nasty spells being used these days
 in  r/wizardposting  11d ago

End Grievance. Revives the dead fully, makes the relatives happy, skip the part where they become the caster's undead slaves.
