I could have written this a few years ago. Sounds like the relationship I had with my ex wife. Life is too short to spend it being miserable. It cost me a fortune, it was rough and I did a ton of therapy, but my life is so much better now.

Agreed. I would wager that it's 1 mixed with 3. Really, 3-ways should have a lot of discussion leading up to them. It's too easy to hurt or ruin a relationship. If you have not been intimate with your friend, your first time should probably not be in a group setting. Talk it out real good like adults or pass.

I wouldn't confront her. This is totally on your husband. I'm a guy and I'm not like that. I don't stay friends with guys like that. I'm 43M, so this isn't an age/generation thing. I would take this as a giant red flag and consider if this human is really someone that you want to spend the rest of your life with or not. Lack of healthy boundaries and understanding of consent are big nopes for me.
