Is there a good path for biking lake woodlands?

Im looking for a rack or something similar so I don't have to carry a backpack anymore while riding. My only problem is I have to carry my bike up 3 flights of stairs. So I was hoping something that can be taken on and off easily, collapsible, or extra light. Thoughts?

For $145. I'll be commuting to work about 4 miles each way. Maybe some park trails as well. Budget maxes out at $200. I also have pictures just wasnt sure if I should upload them.

So I'm re-listening to the way of kings because of course I am, and it just hit me how fucked it is for relain. You are forced into a multiple death marches against your friends to carry enemies across to kill them, but the crew you are assigned to starts wearing your friends skin and bones, then you find its to late everyone is gone or dead and now these people are all you have. couldn't imagine having to live through that. I've read all the cosmere other than WaT previews.

Hey, new to the fern game. I've rescued one from my mother and its in bad shape. I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to save/ keep it alive. I dont know the type of fern also hoping someone could help with that.

Info: I live outside Houston TX my balcony faces north I have bay Windows that face north and a window that faces west. The temperature gets above 90 and is going to get above 100 soon.
