I’ve seen people recommend a temporary cat litter switch to something with bigger pieces like paper litter/newspaper litter or pine pellet litter for cats with open wounds, especially around their paws. Neither do much to cover odors, but I think it will help lessen the likelihood of infection or painful little pieces of litter getting stuck to sore spots on his foot!

I’m in the same boat, minus having SW (and skipping Castorice for Anaxa, even though I adore Cas. I only have so many jades :(. ). **There is no known brand that my mother can remember. Southeast USA, 1965. I don't think this is a Snoopy doll. This dog has long, wide floppy black ears that go past his chin and a white body. He has a small black nose, and I think he must have an open mouth or a tongue sticking out...? The dog appears to have stiff, shaped legs, not floppy ones. It looks like the material used for the ears is either slightly shaggy or slightly curled since you can see the texture of the ear fur against the white color of the dog's head.**
