Now, this isn't a complaint at all. I'm 40 years old and am just starting my channel because I'm passionate about the subject and think I have some perspective and entertainment to offer. I'd also like to supplement my income, but I don't see this ever becoming a full-time thing.
I'm mostly making this post because I want to remind myself and others to create content and use your voice, regardless of whether it immediately draws a crowd. If you think what you're saying matters, say it.
I have zero experience with recording, editing, or performing. I'm only using a tripod, my phone, and a lav mic. I'm currently editing with capcut on my phone. I'm someone who overthinks everything. I don't start anything because I need every single piece in place before I begin a project.
I'm trying to push myself outside of my comfort zone with this little adventure and even with only one long-form video and a handful of TikToks on the subject under my belt, I feel like I've learned a lot.
I guess all I'm really trying to say is that if you want to make content, just make it. Your videos might suck in the beginning. Just have fun with it. If monetization is your goal, try to find some value in the journey.
I've been reading a lot of posts in this subreddit and there's a lot of good information in here. I probably won't share much of my own journey, but I appreciate all of you!

The AI in 2K25 is awful, and so is the Showcase Women's MITB match.

The AI issue that kills me is in tornado tag matches when I'm trying to hit a move on an opponent, my partner CONSTANTLY breaks it up by trying to hit a move of their own, even if I'm mid-move.
