Summer Electric / Winter Gas Costs in Boise? We're looking at buying a home in Boise built in the 90's, ~2000 square foot, 2 stories, no basement. I'm quite concerned about what the owner says their winter gas and summer power costs have been (winter worst case ~$300/month, summer worst case ~$275/month), which makes me think the home may be very poorly insulated. I was hoping to get an idea what to expect if anyone is willing to please share -- What do you pay in the coldest / hottest months for gas / power?
