I wish there was a penalty from players clicking the "return from quest" option after x number of times.

I'm all good with crown hunting but really defeats the purpose of an SOS help when people leave 3 seconds after joining

I’ve said it before, there should be a leaver penalty like in WoW you leave and get a 30 min cd, you can’t join an sos or anyone’s quest for another 30mins that will make them have to run their own for a while

Okay but you need to exclude disconnects (which let's be real happen way to often) and then people will just start pulling their network cable to leave the quest. I am afraid you will not solve the problem that way

True but like in wow if you leave one way or another you get the penalty it’s just a double edged sword for an actual “fix” to a big problem

I tried to join one sos but it was about 5 minutes of ‘waiting for approval’

That because maybe the one you joined they had the option to accept or not, most don’t tbh it’s just a insta accept join

Wasn’t just me either. About three other people joined. At least two got approved, then left the quest. Although those guys might’ve been crown hunting.
