Not sure about the key art staying there, but for now it gives it a space until I decide what to do with it

Left: Lucien Whittemore (he/him)

Right: Echinacea Belrose (they/them)

I had this art commissioned depicting a tender moment from the fairytale-themed D&D campaign I play in. I thought the folks on this sub might enjoy Lolloco's work.

My friends got me multiple flower bouquets for my birthday and this one could only fit into my mushroom planter (usual plant is in another pot)

I think it makes for a wonderful vase (cat approved)

Nature Pic Gardens in my memory

Even though it’s still cold outside the spring plants are starting to poke through. My garlic is about 2” tall, the tulips and daffodils have started peaking out, I can even see the start of coneflowers and lupines. This time of year always makes me thing of my late grandmother. She used to have a 2 acre farm and at least half of it was flowers. As a child these gardens seemed massive, so much so that they took on a magical quality. As she got older she was able to garden less and less. Her once massive flower and vegetable garden became a small kitchen garden and window boxes. She inspired me to be the gardener that I am today. πŸ’š

I'm at such a loss. I want to keep the frame, but i'm not feeling the rose gold glitter. It kind of gives me Donnie Darko vibes, but cute.

Home Decor Writing Corner

Finally found a good chair for the little desk in my writing corner. 😁 This desk was mine when I was little and eventually found it’s way back to me in my house. I got the spring cottage garden print off of Etsy (I actually got 4 prints by the same artist to be able to change it with every season). My mom had the two sisters Renoir print for a long time and passed it on to me. I rescued the leaf frame from some goodwill donations of my mom and put a picture from the Frog and Toad books in it. This writing desk became exactly what I wanted! I just need a little cushion for the seat then it will be finished. Can’t wait to sit here and get some writing done!
