Single bachelor started over last summer. New job in November and rebuilding since. I make $40 an hr in a low cost area. Rent is only $800 for this two bedroom, it’s nice because I eat out a lot.

Pretty much title. Looking for something that will look nice with this bed frame for my guess bedroom with a smaller footprint since it is a king size bed.

I have been shopping for a home office rug for a week now, my current #1 is this R2D2 geo rug. I am in absolute love with it, but it is like double the price of all the other ones I like.
Does anyone have this exact rug? Or any other cool home office rugs you recommend?

As it says I’m looking for any an all sectional recommendations that aren’t stupidly priced. I think I’d like to stick to a modern/mid century style. Realistically trying to stay under 2k but if it’s right it’s right. I’ve previously bought from nfm and they’re decent for years. Joybird is absolutely out overpriced and uncomfortable. I’d like it to be decently deep. No leather, All the targeted ads I see on insta the couches look good but there’s never any long term use. Also not opposed to local shops just relocated to the Denver area.

I’m looking for a nice bedframe, something minimalist and sleek, I was looking at the thuma bedframes and they look very nice but I heard they arnt well supported for lateral movement (you know what I mean) any suggestions?
I’m trying to upgrade from the cheapo Amazon ones but I’m also not trying to break the bank $350 max preferably, and I’m not looking for anything extravagant like sleigh style beds but a headrest would be nice

Just bought my first home! 3 main rooms are first floor when you walk in, bedroom 1, and 3rd floor which is technically bedroom 2 (photos in that order — which are the existing homeowner’s decor). I am living there alone, and would like to use one of the bedrooms for living room space (man cave) & my desk.
I’d like to have a kitchen table somewhere in the first floor (no space in the kitchen), but that would limit my ability to use it as a living room. I’d also like to have a larger L couch (just a preference) in the “living room”, but I worry about entertaining with my living room on floor two… + making the couch fit.
The backyard is spacious, so I can definitely host out there too but obviously only weather permitting.
Any thoughts or suggestions? How can I optimize the space? Current thought process in pic 4

Purchased a Herman Miller chair for work, and a $160 dollar cat tree. Every other piece of furniture was inherited or found for free, or at most $20.
Moving out soon, getting rid of this free furniture, and starting fresh.
(Cat carrier out to get the cats used to it before they spend hours in it)
What are your thoughts?
Dos/donts from this apartment to the next one?
