There's something really cool about that world, the dystopian, high-tech, Neon-Drenched Urban Hellscape, especially the music (try to listen to "Running Wild" by Robert Parker).

For some reason I always Imagined the world outside The Finals for the contestant to be similar to night city, controlled by big corporations and their greed.

I am 100% on the side of AI not replacing writers, artists or voice actors, but this behavior is stupid and childish. AI is here to stay either you like it or not, I'm not profiting out of it, and if I can't find what I want to depict I will generate it....

Title. It's clear Embark doesn't want the heavy class to have any sort of advantage in ANY combat scenario. Why not just go ahead and make the class total bullet sponges? Hell, why not just remove all their bullet-based weapons altogether?

Title basically. Is this prominent in diamond and ruby? I’m low plat and every light is beaming with this thing. I also don’t see them using dash or grappling hook, just cloak. I’m not complaining about nerf, I’m just curious if this is in higher ranks too. I wish there was more variety but, you know, meta.

What are your honest thoughts on the current state of Cerberus? Do you think it’s better balanced than pre-nerf model (s5 model)?

I personally think that thins shi is the most broken shotgun in the game, much, much more broken than model has been in s5 and is absolutely unfun to play against and with.

I noticed that the enemies glow after I shoot them, is that glow just showing damage or is it a weak spot/critical hit? Also do headshots do extra damage? Thanks for any help

Please help me im at my wits end, despite my best efforts I cannot fix the audio cutting out repeatedly as if the game itself was stuttering, the low framerate some sessions and great framerate on others. I boot up this game one day and its working perfectly and then i boot it up again later that day or the next day and it runs like im trying to render all of new york 1-1 ,I DONT UNDERSTAND. I've done countless bug fixes like this on my own but i cannot figure this one out. I have a 2060, 17-9700(non k), 16 GB RAM, and i run this game on a samsung external ssd plugged into a type c(USB 3) port. I've tried the xbox launcher, Ive checked all my drivers for my audio and graphics, Ive plugged my headset and ssd into different ports, I've run at lowest settings, turned off my second monitor, elimated every unnecessary background process while playing. I've even completely reset this PC to its factory settings, wiped all data including the finals game on my ssd to NO AVAIL. if i havent listed something i should try please let me know I will take any criticism

Something I always enjoyed about The Finals is the wacky temporary modes, which I wish there were more of.

So, here's a dumb idea:

- All barrels in the map are red canisters
- Canisters respawn faster
- All players are Heavy
- All gadgets are C4
- C4 activates immediately and with no restrictions

It’s absolutely pointless playing World tour in Australia. Let alone RANKED! We can’t find games in Oceana. So we search NA or Asia. The ping differences from NA an Australian??? 200ms Ai input from GOOGLE (When playing a game on an American server from Australia, you can expect a ping difference of typically 150-200 milliseconds (ms) or higher, depending on the specific location and network conditions) This is why this game is Doomed. Only Americans have a competitive edge. I love this game but as an Australian. It’s becoming pointless. Playing on a COD server in Sydney is bad enough with 20ms you highly feel the difference. Let alone 150-200ms Please figure something out for your Australian community.

It is genuinely the worst experience I have had playing this game, and completely usurps the usual gameplay loop.

For starters, there is no good way to defend this obiective. In QC for example, each station is placed randomly on the map for you to take a vault too. If its in an enclosed room, you can use equipment and nearby canisters to set up defenses and traps, while the enemy needs to either find a way through or around said defense. It is engaging, keeps the defenders on their toes, and makes the attackers have to put in a real effort to make or find weak points.

But in this? The defending objective is a moving platform, which limits your defenses to whatever you can carry, which is also not helped by the fact it has barely any real cover, doubly so considering that the path this platform takes typically rides below buildings, making every room and rooftop an ambush point of enemy high ground. All the opposing team needs is some GL heavys and Sniper Lights, and your defenses can be wiped away, and in some cases, your whole team with them.

This can be compounded onto by the platforms capacity, where having 3 people on it makes it move at its max spead. This sounds good, but all it ends up doing is putting half your team in the crosshairs of 5 hostiles, with no cover, no defense.

And lastly, the spawns.

It makes sense to have the enemy spawns be in front of the platforms path, but this puts the defender spawns behind it, which makes it take longer for defenders to run back to it.

All of this combined, ends up with games having a horrible tug of war, where if you win early on, you'll lose twice as hard once the timer hits 0.
