When I was early 20s and very new to serving, my manager told me to carry a tray of champagne flutes. I was not comfortable doing this as I had never done it before. I spilled the whole tray on someone's lap. I was so devastated I went outside and chain smoked for 30 minutes and then I just went home. I really didn't have the emotional capacity to serve anymore after going through that. I'm just saying, try to remember how different the game is when you are brand new at serving and that some people start with very thin skin, and have some compassion.

I quit alcohol and cigarettes using gummies and joints. Unfortunately my lack of moderating skills go across the board. After 1 year I quit gummies and the next year switched to CBD. I am now completely sober for the first time since high school. Next to quit are CBD and SUGAR!
