Cardinal Research, which is a newer polling outfit founded by @pollingcanada on Twitter with a B- rating on 338Canada , has released an individual riding poll for certain Metro Vancouver ridings. Poll is from March 27 - April 2, methodology is mixed IVR/In-Person.

Huge blossoms!

I grew up near Vancouver in the late 90’s - early 2000’s and would listen to 99.3 CFOX.

They had a segment where they talked to a guy from Whiterock and listen to his stories.

His theme song is stuck in my head but I don’t know if I remember it correctly.

The part I remember is:

I found a sweet dog around Woodland Dr. yesterday afternoon. Took him home with me since no one knew where it came from and was almost hit by a car. I found a post for it on pawboost.com and tried reaching out to them yesterday with no response. I'd love to get this precious pup home.

Still an improvement over the last one with 11%, and the weather helped. I believe 2022 general had ~36%.

The voting lines today were unreal—I’ve voted in nearly every election I’m eligible for and I’ve never seen anything like this before.

Thank you to the very sweet lady who bought a few boxes of girl guide cookies while waiting to vote, and passed one of her boxes down the line for everyone to share. It was the best part of my day today. Also massive props to the girl guide and her dad who sold out three crates of cookies, brilliant work.
