Hi Vermont. Thank you for being you.
I don’t live in VT but I lurk on this sub in the winter because I ski and you’ve got the closest good stuff. There are a lot of posts today from all over the country from mass protests and mobilizations and crowds in the tens of thousands, and I wanted to pop in and acknowledge that y’all were there before anyone else was.
I’m never gonna forget that this all started with a bunch of ski bums near Sugarbush holding up signs calling JD Vance a Jerry, and neither should the rest of America. Big thanks to your brave little state for being the hope we all needed in a dark time.

Windham County Bellows Falls showing up in the rain!
Good turnout for Hands Off in BF today! Lots of thumbs up from cars passing by. Only two people gave us the finger, and one knuckle-dragger tried to roll coal and failed miserably.

Addison County Last nights’s sunset from the Middlebury Gap 🌅
Grabbed this photo of an Airstream driving under the sunset from a pull off along the Middlebury Gap, just a bit below the Snowbowl.
Wish there was a way to get this pic to these campers. It looks rented. Anyone know of a way to find the rental company? Maybe they could pass it off.

Too big.
This article fails to mention this same farm is requesting an easement from Vergennes-Panton Water district to run a tile drain from their farm directly into Arnold Bay - which is where the water is drawn from. This is an absolutely INSANE idea.
