Anyone work in a DC? I just got hired as a Traffic Clerk, first time working at any Walmart
Just recently got hired at Walmart, and first time working with Walmart at all. I have the B2 Weekend Shift. 5pm to 5am, Friday to Sunday. I like it because no one is working the Warrhouse and it is dead silent. Makes the 12 hrs go by quick. I've heard mix reviews about working at Walmart DCs but I like it so far. Here is a Pic of my DC during my shift, dead silent lol

workplace pedophilia
So I’m a 16 yr old that just started working carts about a month ago. Ever since I’ve been familiarizing myself with the people I work with and my team leads and all that, and like a couple days ago I found out something that really made me sick to my stomach. There’s this one girl that’s 17, or maybe 16 idk but she has a yellow badge and she’s literally being felt up on and slxtted out by 3 different men. All of them are at least 30 years old, some are even 40. She’s even dating a 40 or 50ish year old man.. All the while letting two other guys feel all up on her. Apparently all her co workers know but nobody’s said anything.. It’s actually sickening the more I think about it. I think maybe I might just mind my own business and ignore it but.. a part of me thinks maybe she’s being taken advantage of, since idk but my coworker told me her parents kicked her out, so now she lives with that 50 yr old man she’s dating. And, for the record these aren’t just rumors. I see her all the time holding hands with her “bf” and cuddling with him. And I also see her in the back getting felt up on by other dudes and talking to them on break. idk.. just sick. gross..
forgot to mention.. they ALL work here..

Walmart sucks
A place where nobody wants to work. And those working are in search of other jobs. Psycho-Mart

Can AP reprimand a Cashier on the sales floor? More than once in a day?
Can an AP reprimand a new cashier more than once in a day, on the sales floor, for making an honest mistake? I was working the Bull Pen, which I have only worked in on one other day. I’m relatively new there. A customer came to the area ready to purchase his H2H eye drops. I picked them up and escorted him to a register. I set them on the register for scanning. But, I didn’t scan them. ( I guess this was my error) he had other items to ring up. I got called to another register to help a customer, and that guy with the eye drops left the area. When he was brought back, by the AP employee, she yelled at me for “just giving him the locked item”. I said that it wasn’t locked, not understanding what she meant. I said that I had placed the items on the counter for scanning and he was ready to check out. She interrupted me loudly exclaiming that I didn’t know what I was doing and that I had done wrong. Before I could say anything else, the customer started yelling at her to leave me alone because he was going to check out before, but realized that his wife wasn’t right there and he went to go find her. He started to check out and I thought that was over. Nope, the AP employee went and told my manager that I shouldn’t be working in the Bull Pen because I didn’t know how to do it, and that I had wasted her time. I was 15 feet away and I could hear her voice. I walked towards her and my manager, and the AP employee came to me and reprimanded me again, on the sales floor. This time I said nothing, and when she was done I walked away.

Fed up Cap 2 TL
So I was wondering if anyone else has this going on at their store...our new store manager has the expectations of cap 1 having everything for cap 1 done by 1:00 and cap 1 join with cap 2 to have our trucks unloaded within 1 hour..usually 2300 to 3000 peice trucks.and then cap2 work ALL of gm by our lunch at 5..we start at 1:00 being as cap 2 hours are 1- 10 after lunch we are to downstack remix and dairy( they don't make us ds frozen how ever) work more freight after that at 8:00 we pull all freight from backroom and zone all of hba and pharmacy load pallet trucks some nights and verify, label and bin all overstock and sweep trucks and clean backroom..our cap 2 only consists of 5 -6 people and some part time comes in at like 4-7:30 and don't have everyone for a full 8 hr shift but they still expect us to finish all this by the end of the night..not to mention cap 1 does not finish working picks because they have to b on trucks with us at 1:00 so we have to work all gm picks to along with all gm freight and seasonal...does this seem unrealistic to anyone else because our workload is absolutely ridiculous!!

Probably took more effort putting them up there than it would have taken to walk to the corral (idk if it’s the handicap people that did it they usually leave it in the spot)

False allegations
Why do people find joy in ruining their coworkers lives. Perfectly clean record just don't like my coworker. Not even halfway through my shift called into office. I've been suspended indefinitely pending investigation because I threatened violence against my coworker. Obviously a lie and my other coworkers will 100 percent back me on this 10 years with the company and this is what I get when another coworker has their boxers up their butt or panties in a twist. Idk

What does your cap 2 team do?
I just wanted to see what other cap 2 teams either do everything or nothing in the store
- process apparel
- break packs
- unload truck
- unload grocery truck
- work grocery truck
- fill waters
- fill eggs
- work gm freight off truck
- clean back rooms
- work returns
- push carts
Btw we have a lot of employees not on cap 2 who could do this work and choose not to

Weird day today
Saw a lady in her underwear wrapped up in a bed sheet walking around Walmart with her kids😭 like you could clearly see she was in her bra and underwear she would occasionally flap her bedsheet cloak out of anger and you could see everything… surprised no one said anything (also saw a dude barefoot but I didn’t notice until he was leaving)

Legal advice needed !
I was hired and upon the first day, they requested ID and SSN which I provided that same day. After a year of me working, no writes up and I haven't never been talked to due to any type of conduct behavior or being slow. One day I go to work and they tell me HR wants to talk to me, I think nothing of it ofc because I know I'm a good employee and always do my job. My manager/coach was there and he said HR told him to let me know that I was being terminated. I ask the reason behind it and he looks around the room confused and goes into his laptop after a few seconds. He says "HR been requesting/asking u to provide ur ID and because of that , we are unable to have u working here" that's when I tell him "I already gave HR my I.D? But I have it in my car? I can bring it right now" he interruptes me and says "actually there was a deadline and it was yesterday, we can get fined if we have you working here" If that was that cause why has HR never came to talk to me personally or him?? in that whole year they never even mentioned any of that till now?

a customer bought me something?
sooo i work in front end occasionally. today a little kid came up next in line. she handed me a candy and i assumed she wanted it so the mom said “oh here let me scan that!” so i give it to mom. As they pay and are leaving the mom insists i keep it, even though i said no like 6 times but they just left. am i going to get in trouble for this? I’m still at work and just shoved it in my pocket since this happened during a rush, but i don’t rly know what to do. i don’t wanna lose my job bc i accepted it or bc they thought i pocketed and stole it.. 😭
